Received wrong item and no communication
received the item on the 4th February 2023 and its not the same model that i ordered. I ordered an "AirZound 3" and I just got the original "AirZound" in a tatty box?
I emailed the address that states on the email i received that you can respond to it and nothing?
I asked them to explain it and i sent photos and nothing?
Its now 14th February 2023.

Ordered item on 22nd August paying nearly £7pp. Chased by email but no response. Item was finally dispatched week later on 30th August. No apology, contact or explanation as to why it had taken over a week to dispatch. I had needed the item urgently, arrived to late to be useful.
