I created an account at Mountainwolf and then...
I created an account at Mountainwolf yesterday, with moderate spirits. Since friends are at Mountainwolf, I trusted that it was a good trading service. The first support questions came quite promptly, with questions around creating an account. However after I transferred money in Euros, this money was not released, no confirmation received, or anything. When I wrote to support, suddenly nothing came, even some time, till now still nothing. A serious company gives you some affirmation. I don't know now if I will get my money back or if it will be lost forever. My friends want to part with Mountainwolf because of this and we are looking for another ExChanger.

I experienced very unclear and unreliable support. I needed help from outside this company to get my money back to my homeaccount.
I could not recognize any signal of willingness that my request was taken up and getting a clear answer what the next step would be.
I felt most of the time helpless, because they made promisses they did not keep and did not tell why or what happened. I had the impression as if I would speak with a robot.
