So unprofessional and a waste of our time. Took 2 weeks to get a viewing in the first place because of their lack of communication with us. The man we spoke to through the chat just seemed rude and disinterested. We showed up for the viewing and day of they cancelled on us. We travelled to the property and they just cancelled the viewing in a chat rather than at the bare minimum ringing us to give us a heads up. Don’t bother use them to rent/buy because you’ll sure be waiting a long time.
