I have ordered the iPhone 11 Pro Max case which I didn't like because it got dirty very fast (the white one). I have complained about it and the company sent me another case! Overall, I really enjoy the quality of the products and the service which the company offers. Would highly recommend it!

Exactly the same as Scott K's post in Dec 2019. I ordered a new case and magnetic mount online, they take you money and then nothing happens. I sent a chaser email to be told that Hermes is going to deliver it 4 days ago, which is patently untrue and absurd. Now 1 week after ordering it and been promised next day delivery I am still waiting. Maybe this review might promote a better response, they clearly don't care about customer service once they have your money. Beware.

Don’t bother
Don’t bother. I ordered a case over a week ago and the tracking provided does not work. They say it’s been sent via FedEx however I have phoned FedEx on several occasions and have been told the tracking number does not exist.
I have obviously tried to contact Mous via email as there is no phone number and I’m still waiting for an answer.
Yes they have great marketing but that’s about it.

The Mous iPhone 11 case is excellent quality and user friendly. It's easy to put on and makes the phone very secure during use. I have only had it a few days but already love it.
I also had to contact Mous by email regarding some Screen Protectors and they replied promptly and were most helpful, resulting in them sending me the correct Screen Protectors for my iPhone, which I received within 2 days and am also delighted with.
I compared the phone case with the Apple one and feel the Mous one gives more protection and is a superior product although it's cheaper. I can definitely recommend these products to everyone and also their excellent customer care. Thoroughly satisfied with my purchases.
