Exceptional phone cases and customer service!

I’ve had 5 Mous cases over the years for different iPhones and they have all been perfect. I just finally had to make a claim for a minor defect and the customer service team resolved my issue immediately. Couldn’t been happier with the products and the service.

S25 ultra case defected.

I have had a limitless Samsung s25 ultra case for over a year now, it has been a very good case but has developed a defect!!
Next to the volume buttons the case has deformed and gone out of shape slightly, for the price of the case I'm rather disappointed.

Fantastic customer service and a quick delivery.
My iPhone 15+ is snug and safe inside the Limitless Black Leather. Clean lines and all the buttons work smoothly.
I have peace of mind that my phone is totally protected from the hard-drops on concrete that happen, for example, when I’m juggling too much stuff getting in and out of a car.

Replacement phone cover

I got a phone cover that I wasn't satisfied with after 5 months. I contacted the company and explained the situation giving details and a photo.
Kim, whom I was talking with, was extremely helpful and understanding. Then in the end we were able to get a replacement cover.
The whole process was quick and easy. I liked this company before, but now it has gone above and beyond in my book.
