It’s for alerts but does not get any information on how to setup and make it work for alerts

In all honesty, i purchased many of your overlays. Some i have not used yet but do plan on to. I am a huge fan of the scary ones a d hope to see more soon.

I bought the green package, but several files are missing, such as sources and references.

For example, in NIOX green Overlay, the 16/9 animated camera is not in the correct file, being in another aspect ratio. The Kota Green Alerts Pack lacks instructions on the fonts used and their settings.

It's quite frustrating at every step I try to set up, I come across a file or basic instructions missing, as only a few files come with the editable fonts, if any.

I spent $17 plus taxes specially saved to invest in this package. This value in my country's currency (Brazil) means a lot for my budget.

Worst of all was forwarding an email with these same complaints they say they respond within 24-48 hours but it's been 4 days since my complaint and there's been no response.

After direct contact with Andrea from Move Graph on 10/02/2023. she responded promptly and apologized for the delay in responding.

She corrected the files and added necessary product annotations.

I'm changing my rating from one star to four stars because of this.

MoveGraph, Fantastic overlays/stinger screens/panels and so on. Also very friendly and fast responses on questions. Overall they deliver great stuff for very friendly prices

It was an excellent experience. I got exactly what I selected in a timely manor. The staff was responsive and polite while filling my customized order. I will definitely use them again!

Found MoveGraph about a year ago, and honestly, I haven’t stopped supporting. Everything always works perfectly and looks excellent! Even the customized stuff is impressive and the team really handles the requests efficiently. Definitely a great site and resource for Twitch streamers, especially if you’re new or looking to upgrade!

Wanted to "spice up" my transition stinger for mye stream and checked in with Movegraph to see if they had anything new to offer. Having my logo in the transition was JUST THE THING I was looking for. It looks so natural and perfect! :D Thank you so much!!
