Let down by our original movers.
This company was like a breath of fresh air. Nothing was to much trouble.
Virpi and team were excellent throughout. Even when faced with issues they were resolved quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this company to anyone thinking of moving. The lads doing the move were hardworking and professional.

As a married couple in our 70’s moving to Scotland was a daunting experience, but it was made a lot easier with the help of Move In Matters.
They were very courteous and professional from the start to the finish, accepting our requests and changes.
The price of their quote was within our budget and we would recommend them to anyone without any reservation.

Our first house move in more than 20 years, from Oxfordshire to Cornwall, was made so much easier with Move In Matters. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone involved was polite, helpful and respectful. We had a lot of stuff to move but it was surprisingly a lot easier than anticipated thanks to Virpi, Paul and their team. Thanks to all, we can’t recommend them enough.

We were extremely happy with the service provided by Move in Matters. We went for a full packing service which meant much of the stress of moving was dealt with for us by the great team. The initial visit was very professional and an accurate assessment of our requirements was made both in terms of dates, location of move and also in the space we would need in a van for all of our possessions.

The team of packers arrived the day before and really cracked on with getting everything packed. They were very well organised and made really good use of their time. They were happy and cheerful workers who clearly enjoyed their job. They were very polite and respectful.

Moving day went without a hitch. The team arrived very promptly at exactly time they said they would. The remaining bits were quickly loaded in to the van and the team could set off.

We moved quite some distance and on one of the hottest days of the year. The traffic was awful and we were quite worried that things would go wrong. The team were brilliant though, struggling through in such hot weather and not stopping until everything was unloaded and placed where we wanted it. They put back together our tables and constructed all the beds which was so helpful. They also reconnected the dishwasher and washing machine which was also amazing.

They would have had a long journey back after a tiring day but they were still so cheerful and happy to help. We had no breakage’s whatsoever even though we had many small and delicate items.

Office staff were also fantastic at taking on board or changes to move dates and keeping us informed of the moving plan at every stage.

Cannot recommend this company highly enough, they really did look after us well and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in future and also suggest them to our friends and family for their moved.

A great moving company, nothing was to much trouble, the guys who moved us were lovely, they were polite, considerate, professional and friendly. It was a last minute booking and stressful moving day . I cannot explain how calm , efficient, flexible and re assuring the whole team was . Everything that could go wrong on moving day happened but the whole team dealt with it. They kept me calm and got on with the job with good humour .they got furniture up stairs that were impossible. The whole team on the day and vilpa on admin, organisation and communication were brilliant

Move in matters were phenomenal. We had been let down by another company 5 days before moving and I was 8 months pregnant! When move in matters called me back, they immediately put me at ease and took all my stress away. They packed and moved us, costs were all inclusive, so no hidden costs. The team were professional, friendly and caring. The team were so efficient in everything they did. The before, during and aftercare was fantastic. I highly recommend move in matters and we would use them again.

Move in Matters stepped in at the last minute to save the day. Packing was exceptional even though the guys were working on the two hottest days on record. Loading and unloading was done expertly and smoothly and any request we made was met with a smile. Oh my goodness these guys were incredible!
Moved in hugely stressful circumstances from Waddesdon to Bicester in + 35’c heat from 3 story to 3 storey house & remained courteous throughout with exceptional attention to detail and in a remarkably short time.
These are my “ go to” removals company if I ever have to move again!!
And if in doubt whether to get the packing service, DO!! It’s worth every penny!

We used Move In Matters to move my mother from Brackley to Uxbridge and were very pleased with the service provided. We had a full packing service and everything was packed carefully in different sized boxes. All the boxes were labelled and placed in the same room at the destination so although there were loads of boxes we could easily find things we wanted when we came to unpack things. The guys were very friendly and professional and worked quickly and efficiently, unloading in just an hour. Move in Matters also provided a disposal service for unwanted furniture and other items; really good to get this service from the same professional team. So overall, I would highly recommend Move in Matters for your move.

Paul and his team were absolutely amazing. From start to finish..Prompt, reliable, professional and the boys humour made the whole day. Also, after comparing prices of other companies very reasonable.. would 100% recommend Moving Matters!!! A great family run business.. THANK YOU X

I was asked what I thought about this company as I’d used them to move. I can honestly say I was not impressed. Damaged a lot of my furniture and belongings after storing them prior to our move date. My cooker door was smashed beyond repair, items were missing, they tried to deliver someone else’s items, chest of drawers were badly damaged and they also badly scratched our wooden bed. Compensated me just £250 and was told to get another cooker from EBay. An absolutely horrendous experience.

Really good service. Pre moving, good communication. Flexible with date move and giving additional boxes. Moved us over 2 days. Worked really fast and lots of people available to make it as fast possible. Only small critic was when they came to pack the day before packed up Some bits I was not expecting. Not a major problem but could have been better communicated between us.

Excellent service! Hardworking, helpful guts which made the move process so much easier.
