Embarrassed to say that I have just fallen foul of this shower. Just moved house with 101 admin tasks to do. Took my eye off the ball and paid 16.50 for tv licence address change. Reading the reviews of other victims leaves me perplexed as to why this site has not been taken down!
Easily done. Lesson learned. More speed less haste.

I did a change of address online and found i was able to do multiple changes online which was simple and easy.. and made life easy when i moved home. Great Company and great staff 👍

Easy to update some of my suppliers online and it saved me being on the phone most of the day.

Went to change my address on TV licence. This was the first google result, looked legit so I took it. Filled out relevant details and at the end it wanted £16.50 admin fee. The site is either a scam whereby it garners your details including bank account and current/previous address, or they pass along the change to BBC and hope people will just accept the fee and continue. Either way it is bad news. Use the official TV Licensing site to make the change securely and without charge.

This is a scam website which charges you to update your address for various service providers for a fee. If you go directly to the service providers they do not charge a fee. Do not use.

Happy with the service. They changed 2 suppliers over for me with no problem, saved me doing it whilst trying to sort house move.

Used this site to update my details and was so quick and easy with my supplies changed.. to which took the stress off when I was moving home. Would definitely recommend a friend to do this to save time when moving

SCAM SITE DO NOT USE - CREDIT CARD FRAUD

Was duped into using this site to change my TV licence. I'm usually on the ball with things like this, but I think in the midst of moving house I was a bit distracted and didn't really think it through. Shortly after using this site my credit card was frauded - they had enough details to call my credit card and change my phone number etc to block me out of my account and add the card onto their Apple Wallet. It seems far too much of a coincidence that this happened just after using this Movemy company - avoid!

This company is a scam. They took £41 pounds off me to set up a Tv license. They are ignoring my emails for a refund. I’m retired due to a heart condition. It has caused me to feel very stressed. Avoid this company at all costs. Tom Lee.

Avoid this site as it's a scam. When I realised I could do the change of address myself I contacted them straight away as stated in there terms and conditions for a refund. They said they would refund me but they didnt and did not respond to my emails

Website was easy to use good service overall will use again in future as I am looking to possibly move again in a years time and don’t really want to contact everyone all over again, kind regards Gary

This is a scam site, don't get conned. You can do everything they charge you for, for nothing. I have asked to cancel and get a refund, but heard nothing.

Happy with the service team are very helpful when I got stuck filling in the form and overall has saved me a lot of time thanks again

I tried to change my address for my account with my council tax and was automatically redirected to movemy - checking the progress of the change yesterday I see they did nothing and in fact I was able to change my address at that time online.
I feel I was scammed and the £16.50 I had to pay was a rip-off

Avoid this company, realised after it was too late that it wasn’t the official site for updating tv license DD.
Cancelled order and asked for my money back.
Was promised it within five working days. Fourteen days later, nothing, no acknowledgements to emails, zilch.

Awful- complete waste of money. I updated the tv licence myself. No email and no refund to date. How many people pay for the service and do not bother to ask for refund.

Used this service all was easy to fill and straight forward however my house move fell through, contact was made and refunded me within 7 days thanks again, will use in future when i finally end up moving, fingers crossed

Updated all 8 of my utility companys with this service, was much easier than finding the contact tel for each one to be fair, and after trying to contact some by phone took me over an hour, so will def use again in future as saved alot of time, regards
