Absolutely first class customer service…
Absolutely first class customer service from this company. The product arrived very quickly after I ordered it (for a Christmas present), was well packaged and all good.
Unfortunately I needed to return it after Christmas as my son already had bought one for himself, and without any hesitation, Ed at MoverX organised a full refund on return of the product. My emails were answered instantly, I was treated with the utmost courtesy even though I was asking for my money back, and it just felt like I was dealing with a friend. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Wonderful customer service
I ordered my item and it was quickly sent out for delivery. There was a little hiccup with the delivery company however, Connor at MoverX worked tirelessly to ensure this was overcome and I received my item the next day. It was a Christmas present so I can't thank Connor enough! He was pleasant and professional throughout and it was down to him I received my item in time.
