Solid program with a few clunks
The quality of information is great and I feel like for an online platform, MoveU does well. Oftentimes, the online feedback is generic, but the overall quality of feedback from online coaches is helpful.
The instructions of how to do the work/moves is high quality. Moving through the modules is easy, as it is automatic. I did often find myself craning my neck to watch the video while doing the exercise, but that adjustment comes with time and experience with the movement. There is a booklet to print out for the workouts/exercises in which I have found more success, then using the videos when I get stuck.
I am very disappointed this is not an app. To login each time is frustrating and clunky. There is an app, but the two programs are not related. Again, disappointing. I would like to see this program show a video, then the app progress to record the user doing the activity, almost like a tik tok duet. I think this would be helpful.
As for the price point, I am optimistic that at the end of this, I will feel it is worth the price. A month in, I am pain free, however because I am logging in when I think of it, I am not as consistent as I would like to be. An app could send me a reminder to do my exercises! As it is, I have to find an email, find the module, then log in. Like I said, kind of clunky.
Overall- quality of programming does supersede the clunk, but I wish it had quality and ease of use!

Alright, not for me
The content and ideals behind moveU are great, it unfortunately didn’t work for me. I followed the program almost religiously for over 6 months with little reduction in my pain and developed new Imbalances from the movements that I didn’t start the program with. I started a different mobility/movement program And within 2 weeks I’ve been feeling better so have stopped moveU all together. I emailed to discuss a refund but was denied.
Most of the original coaching crew is gone (including Andrew and Katie who were integral to the program). There has been negative and hostile posts from previous staff that I followed on IG which also changed my perception of the owner and this definitely caused me not to want to be as active in the community. The personalized feedback has changed significantly, and may stop all together.
The lessons and information are valuable, and I know very helpful for many. At the end of the day, just not right for me.

I love MoveU
I love MoveU, the level of indepth that they go into spine health absolutely crushes the health industry, I have been struggling for 6+ years and it almost ruined my life and now that I found Moveu, I'm moving in a completely different direction and I'm so much healthier than I used to be, so grateful I found Moveu!!!

my experience has hurt me emotionally
I cant recommend. I had bad vibes from the owner for over a year but I kept giving him the benefit of the doubt.
This video validated my gut feelings towards him based my direct interactions with him.
no links: see an ex employees bts pov 08-12-20 vid post on ig under ashleykayart if not flagged by the owner as he has done so multiple times to myself and friends in the program
if i choose not to give him the benefit of the doubt, and trust my feelings, I believe he employed these tactics on me. Honestly, I feel traumatized.
no links: see summary of 48-laws-of-power-robert-greene a book ashley claimed he espoused with examples. i can think of my own personal examples in retrospect
this was supposed to update an old 5 star review when I was 2 months in the program but i could not find it

Most of OG coaching crew gone - times are changing
When I started my journey a while ago it was great - coaches gave good feedback, Andrew's videos are informative and thorough, and partnering up with other people was great.
Unfortunately in the past month there's been a lot of change: the co-founder and key leaders/coaches are gone.
While I'll never truly know what happened as I was never a fly on the wall at their company (which would have been creepy), I think it speaks volumes when you see 7-10 people leave within a short time-frame.
Especially when you're a small company.
Especially when it seemed like it was a tight-knit team bonded together by values.
Especially when the co-founder who built and led the program from the ground-up and is so passionate about MoveU ...just suddenly leaves.
What's worse is that the way the company handled the rapid change was HORRIBLE. I've worked for a handful of companies that have undergone major changes and this was by far the most poorly handled one.
I wanted to post this in case there is someone is thinking about buying the program and hoping to get feedback from Andrew (former co-founder) or one of the core coaches - you can't. Well at least for the most part, there's one OG coach left but that's it. Understand that new coaches are in (which isn't necessarily bad) but I don't want to you purchase under false pretenses thinking you're purchasing the program in MoveU's good ol' days.
I'm saddened by all the changes. I think content wise what MoveU has to offer is still incredibly valuable. Just know that the community is still healing from the damage that has been done. Time will tell where MoveU goes.

Program and the community is great but...
Program and the community is great, but i don't think you should be forced to comment on other muvers' videos if you don't want to. Those who want to, great, but there's people who aren't comfortable in doing so. I don't have any social media. No facebook, no Instagram, Twitter etc. only a youtube which is how i found out about MoveU. I'm not comfortable in posting anything but I'll do so to improve myself which is uploading a video of me doing the movements. I'm still learning on how to do the movements so how am i supposed to tell anyone how they're doing? I rather post my videos and have the coach(s) tell me how I'm doing.

The quality of the instruction videos…
The quality of the instruction videos is fantastic. I like to understand the anatomy and mechanics of the moves, and the videos really help me with this. I am able to find helps for the pain issues I experience. Each move comes with modifications for those that can't quite complete the exercise at first.

I’ve been using MoveU for over 2 months. I’m 45 and have chronic hip issues due to an injury that’s 5 years old. I haven’t been to the chiropractor, PT or Dr. since beginning. It doesn’t seem like it should help... the movements aren’t big... but it’s amazing how much stronger I am and how much it has improved my quality of life!

100% would recommend
100% would recommend. Best way to get results is to be consistent everyday (you can do as little as 15 mins a day or a few hours - whatever feels right for you). You follow the programme materials and have the option to join the private Facebook community to post videos and get feedback from other community members and Moveu coaches. As someone with little experience of Facebook I was a bit sceptical about this at first but honestly the Facebook community is such a supportive place to be. It has also encouraged me to post videos and without making videos I would not have watched/analysed my movements and would not have learned as much and made as much progress. You also learn by giving others feedback. There is also a wealth of extra unit videos, weekly challenges and coaching calls saved in the Facebook community for you to use. I have made friends from all over the world in the community, everyone working at their own pace, learning from each other, being supportive and making progress. If you have any questions or feedback the Moveu coaches go above and beyond to help you - you really become part of one big movement family. Hope you can join in :-)

HONEST Review...It is life changing!
This is a very honest review about MY PERSONAL experience with MoveU. I joined in April 2020 and purchased the one year membership which I will probably extend to the lifetime membership which I will explain why.
I joined the program because of severe nerve pain, sciatica from my L5S1 disc rupture. I had surgery in December 2019 and was in recovery. Unfortunately the lockdown pandemic began when I needed the most help. So after people recommended it to me I joined. And I am never looking back. I am no longer in pain and I am progressing farther than I ever thought I could. You just have to commit to the process. You will get results, but you need to be patient. It is overwhelming at first but once you find your rhythm you'll be where you want to be. Pain free and less afraid of pain.
It is not lost to me that this program is expensive and difficult to afford. I am hopeful that they will offer payment plans or monthly plans, so if that is an issue reach out to a team member and ask!! With that said, this program is WORTH EVERY PENNY. So if you're someone like me that struggled with back pain for 5+ years and went to every treatment method (Chiro, acupuncture, Physical Therapy, and even surgery) and still found no cure this program is for you!!!
This program is not a magic pill and will not fix you over a short period of time. This will take dedication! Time and commitment to the process. If you work at this every single day 30-60 mins a day you will get somewhere I guarantee you. Also you have to be willing to learn. Consider this like a college course. You are studying your body, taking quizzes and tests (the workouts and movements), and then reviewing what could be done better. You have to be willing to record yourself and post to the facebook community to make progress. And for ladies that may be uncomfortable with that there is a women's only page so you can post in peace! You will learn about yourself in ways you did not understand before.

Enrolled on a 6 month contract
Enrolled on a 6 month contract. Here is my journey and thoughts on the programme. From a personal pov, for those that don't have large amounts of money to spend And find it difficult deciding if the programme is worth the money or not- heres what i would say. if you cannot commit to 45 min to an hour at least daily then your chances of getting through this are pretty slim. You'll end up like me finding yourself at the end of your 6 month, wishing you never spent the money on something you weren't able to make use of. The info in the programme is spot on, made small but good progress from the small amount of exercises i got through ( and learnt new things that help with posture in day to day life) but having a time frame to complete this programme in is not the best thing. The Moveu team are understanding and offered me an extension when i was unable to access the prog for a few months because of personal issues. But the second time round i had personal issues and could not commit , I wasn't given the time back, and also wasnt made aware of the 'pause' option they have available until after i notified them and then they said i wouldn't be able to use it. I made a decent amount of progress, I made a start on the 3rd module in phase 3, but i just feel I lost too much time that i cant get back. This is me being honest about my situation and not being able to use the programme, they are able to track progress for clients and i would go on the odd day after a few weeks to see if I could make some time but because of these 1 days that i logged in here and there, they weren't able to give me them weeks/months back.
The best option and if i had the expenses , I would purchase the life time option. It's pricey but most definitely worth the money if you are serious and can make the time.
One thing i wasn't impressed by was being told there was a monthly-paying option available, and this was after having to just accept that my contract cant be extended any further. I mean if this was shown at the start, it would make a HUGE difference for people confused/struggling on whether to purchase this or not because the fee is much less at each payment.
All in All, it all depends on individual circumstances. I'm a big believer in spending time and effort on my body And health, but the timing for me was wrong- and also unforeseeable.
Good luck to anyone enrolling, make sure you make time and get through as much as possible!

Arrogant and misinformed
I was excited to receive help for my back injury and chronic pain. Unfortunately I was met with a very arrogant and insensitive man, telling me that my back pain wasn't from my chronic illness (tourettes syndrome) and that it was my fault for having poor form (I'm a personal trainer and can confirm that my lifting technique is just fine). He also tried to 'school' me on my own disorder by telling me that tourettes is curable and that I have been making excuses and that's why I have back pain. It was a very easy decision to not enrol, as I don't want a misinformed uneducated 20 year old helping with chronic pain.

Decided to Move with MoveU
I joined MoveU in June 2019. I had back pain and no desire to lift heavy again because I just felt like I was always hurting myself. I then engaged with MoveU each week and started regaining awareness of my body at 24 years young. Sure pelvic tilts seemed silly as well with glute contractions. But I am in one of the best mindsets of my life right now, I feel great physically, and mentally. I do have one regret and that entirely my issue. But I did not engage in the online community as much as I should have. Ive learned that and doing my best to correct that. I did not engage because I would do the workouts and only get feedback from myself and would try to learn everything on my own. It stunted my growth but I still have made great progress. The community is a powerful tool so do use it and I promise you will not regret it. Im not one to write reviews but if you are on the fence about this and think this is just a fad, well it is not. The program teaches you more about yourself than you would ever discover (my opinion). Thank you team MoveU!
