Initially heard about Movewise through our NRLA membership and made contact with Adam in marketing. Right from the start the whole team have been brilliant with selling a tenanted property. Plenty of support and advise. Once the sale was agreed we were kept in the picture by Kirsty and Maryjane throughout the sale process and right through to completion. We have recently bought a property with Movewise, it has been a great experience throughout. Kitty, Kirsty and Adam have been extremely supportive during the entire process. They have one of the best customer services we have ever come across always answering emails on time (even when away) and dealt with all issues that arose very efficiently. My partner and I sold our flat with Movewise in October 2021 and cannot exaggerate how happy we were once it finally sold. After having a difficult time selling our 1-bed flat in an oversupplied area in South East London for 9 months on the trot, we approached Movewise through a recommendation. Kitty was exceptional and was our professional confidante in our countless times of uncertainty. Her empathy and understanding throughout this process and her expertise, honesty and advice gave us all the assurance. The property market in the UK is insane and incredibly bureaucratic, I believe Movewise are on to something that provides a less stressful and smarter approach to selling property. I'd hope they explore this avenue for buying too – property buying and selling needs a disruption. Definitely an advocate for tech-for-good paired with quality service in the hands of experts.

We had two buyers drop out of the sale process before we eventually found our actual buyer.
Movewise were with us every step of the way. They managed seamlessly switching between agents (needed because of buyers pulling out). They took the hassle out of what would have otherwise been a stressful process.
Katy and Jack were very proactive, responsive and kept on top of the process throughout. Most importantly, they made sure we got a really good sale price, despite the difficulties with buyers.
Would not hesitate to use them again.

Using Movewise really helped to move our sale forward. Our initial sale fell through and I had doubts about our first agent, I contracted with Movewise and they helped me to assess all the agents in the area and choose the best one. The photos and virtual walkthrough were brilliant and really helped to get more viewings and get the sale. The communication from Movewise was fantastic. I was assigned one person and they acted as a single point of contact and made it very easy and stress free for me. She kept me up to date with all the developments, she was easy to get hold of via email, text and phone. We got a quick sale without compromising on sale price thanks to their efforts. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I would strongly urge anyone selling property to use Movewise. They chase estate agents and are able to switch if viewings are not happening far easier than mr public and with no hassle. They haggle on your behalf for the best price as this is what they do every day. And not expensive at all.

Good efficient service, kept informed of progress by staff

Kirsty and the Movewise team felt like they were on my side. In a fairly complicated London flat sale it was Movewise that helped pick the right agents and were always finding solutions when others were presenting challenges and problems.

Brilliant service, highly recomend

Total no brainer - would defintely use Movewise again. They provided valuable advice and removed all the admin when we appointed agents. As we received offers they helped make sure parties were credible. When we accepted an offer they did a really good job of chasing solictors and the agents to keep the deal moving forward as quickly as possible. Highly recommended

I can't recommend this service highly enough. It's not cost me any extra as their fee has been no more than estate agents wanted to charge me direct. It's given us access to impartial & professional advice and we've really appreciated this support. Kirsty helped us choose estate agents, set the asking price and evaluate agent performance. Because Movewise arrange photography it's easy for them to transfer to multi agency (or change agency) and they do all this for you.

Success where others fail.
After signing up with an Estate Agent ('X') for 6 months and having had not a single viewing, I turned to Kirsty Burnham of Movewise for help.
Within a week after the expiry of our contract with 'X', Kirsty arranged for the relaunch of our property with another Estate Agent. One week after the relaunch we had 2 viewings and another week later an offer was agreed. All this with little to no input from us other than the usual cleaning and preparation for viewing. Kirsty did all the Estate Agent chasing and checking, relieving us of this source of stress.
We're not over the finish line yet and still have some way to go, but Kirsty's performance so far bodes well for completion to be smoothly concluded in the not too distant future.

I sold my house, thanks to Movewise!
I had tried before. While I had some viewings, I only had one sensible offer and even that proved to be a mirage.
This time round I used Movewise. They started with an agent I'd used before, but fairly soon switched to another agent I wouldn't have chosen. This process let to a lot more viewings, and several offers. While this was going on they moved to a third agent, which brought in one more offer.
It turned out that the last agent was the one whose bidder came good in the end. I got a better price than if I had stayed with the original agent and felt there was a lot more competition for the property.
And in all this, I hardly had to deal with the agents myself at all; they are very phone based and I am very busy with work so can't handle phone calls in office hours very easily. But Movewise dealt with me via email which I found a lot easier to manage. I used them to supervise the other agents, which they did brilliantly.
