Excellent company. The team for relocating my hot tub was fantastic, from start to finish. Very efficient, polite and helpful. The crane company was excellent to. Totally professional, efficient. No messing got the job done ,no problem.. I would highly recommend move your spa 100%.. I have had 2 hot tubs from this company, the one I have now ,I have has for about 14 years, and its still going strong..

I found move your spa online, from receiving the quote to booking was a very smooth process. On the day of moving our hot tub I received a call prior to them arriving which I did request due to having to meet them at the property where the hot tub was to be collected. I would like to say a massive thank you to Simon and Scott, they went above and beyond to get my hot tub moved and it really wasn't an easy task due to the condition of the bottom of the hot tub (I was not aware when we were given the hot tub). They continued to fight on with moving the hot tub when others would have given up and said no were not moving it. These guys are an asset and I appreciate everything they have done and they explained everything throughout. Again thank you so much for all your help

Absolutely appalling "service". After I had sent videos of pick up and delivery address they said they could relocate the hot tub and I duly paid my deposit. Then I was told I needed to help carry it down some stairs at delivery address!!! I had paid them to remove the hot tub, so I don't have to be involved. I couldn't get my deposit back (despite them knowing I'd just had surgery) so I had to keep on. Then on the day, they couldn't get the hot tub out of my garden and blamed me - despite me sending them videos. Why didn't they survey the area or say they could do it if there was any doubt? They now expect full payment (in cash!!!) which is concerning. I will be fighting them in small claims court, but please take my advice and do not use this company. They pay a lot of money to google ads to get to the top of the searches, but these lot do not run a professional service. They lock you in with the deposit and will likely fail to deliver - regardless, they will try to take your money in cash when they fail. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Please note, they have edited their reply to me several times in a poor attempt to convince the viewer that they have been helpful, when they have not. To suggest that I and another person carrying a hot tub down a steep flight of solid stone stairs with no side rail was to help me and save me money is lunacy. When you have got it wrong, hold your hands up and refund your customers.

Very smooth, from booking and communication, re: access and availability etc (thanks Emily) to Scott and Simon's moving the spa from an extremely tricky spot (steep steps, tight corners, very narrow side access: you name it!) and additional top tips on spa management as well. Highly recommended.

When these 2 big strapping blokes Simon and Scott turned up, i looked at them and thought well what ever you pair say is happening, i’m not gunna argue, if you say this rainy day is sunny, well yea it is, but what a kind helpful pair they was, they came to relocate my Big heavy American Jacuzzi from Manchester to London with no hassle, they told me how long it would take to get to our new house, and they arrived at the time stated, i can’t fault this service, so much so, i have already asked them to come back to relocate to another part of my garden to install and get running when the base is laid, and they said they will, just let them know when

Great service from start to finish. Both the office staff were helpful and flexible regarding booking changes we had to make and the delivery staff provided a very good service and were very helpful even though they had been held up on a previous job and it was getting late.

Very good experience, with professional service. The spa movers were very impressive with the way they loaded the spa and delivered to our friend.

Simon and Lee reallocated our hot tub, very professional and made a tricky job look easy. Highly recommend

Unbelievably good. Great communication with Emily. Rich and Scotty went above and beyond to make sure that we got our hot tub moved to our new home including dragging it on a ski 100yards through the allotments
