The shoes were nice but too narrow for me. I have messaged you 4 times now! I returned them on the 30 of April by Royal Mail to: Unit 2, post code TW46DL. Tracking number is: 0214-89D3-0357-C093. I have still not received a refund. You keep ignoring this request which is very unprofessional to say the least.

Plastic shoes that do not fit and I had no idea they are based in Singapore and to return them you have to pay to send the shoes there!

Ultimately I was at fault as I assumed they were leather and also based in the EU.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Deceptive website selling utterly dreadful products!

Utterly dreadful shoes. Nasty plastic feel with no breathability for your feet. The toes are so narrow they're unwearable unless you remove the insoles (and then you're basically standing on a thin layer of rubber and cardboard). The almost totally smooth sole has ZERO grip.

These absolutely do NOT count as barefoot shoes as advertised on the Moving Steps website and in all their advertising.

They took weeks to arrive (from China!) which came as a shock to me as the website presents as being UK-based. When they eventually arrived, they were packed in a thin plastic bag (so have been totally crushed in transit) with no packing-slip or and returns information.

On further investigation it would cost me over half the price I paid to return these horrible things by tracked International post (which would be entirely at my own cost). I don't think I'll even consider donating these dreadful shoes to charity as they're so god-awful.

Some of the reasons I avoid Chinese-made goods is because of the inferior quality manufacturing, poor-quality materials, opaque supply chains, and a total lack of return/refund options.

I have written to both Shopify (who host the website) and Facebook (who recommended them) to advise them of this misleading company selling such a disgraceful product at such a premium price.

Don't touch this company with a bargepole!

I didn't do my research!

I didn't do my research and wouldn't have bought items from Singapore! I thought they were a UK-based company. The shoes are average, not that well finished have very thin soles, quite narrow, and the sizing is off. A size 11 has 35mm toe room; it's more like a 12. I was drawn in by excellent marketing across many social media platforms. I've given them to charity; hopefully somebody will like them.

Very poor quality

Very poor quality, not bare foot shoes as they claim, delivery time a joke. Packaging a plastic bag. Please don't fall victim to these people, spend a little bit more and get the real thing, not this cheap rubbish !

Definitely not a barefoot shoes

Ordered what was described as barefoot shoes. What I received are just regular trainers. No return information other than instruction to email customer support. Company seems to be shipping from Asia so good luck to me returning the item.

Not barefoot

The shoes fit and are comfortable but they are too narrow in the toe box to be classed as barefoot. For those people (like me) who only wear barefoot shoes I would suggest looking elsewhere. Packaging was a plastic bag and they took an age to arrive. They smell dreadful but I’m hoping that dissipates in time. I will wear these shoes but only occasionally because of the design.

Complete Rip Off

It took several months for the shoes to arrive. The shoes were packed in plastic bags, then shoved in a plastic envelope. One of the pairs of shoes was damaged. No return information At All. Do not repeat my mistake, just go to a store! These were a complete rip off!

They are an unethical company

They are an unethical company. 5 minutes after placing the order I requested the cancelation of the order. They answered me 2 days after that the order was shipped and is impossible to cancel it now.

The product is really bad quality and the package is a joke.

They are really a scam company selling junk.

Great shoes, comfortable and stylish.

Surprisingly the shoes I ordered arrived today despite the fact that I had cancelled the order and had it refunded! After ordering I discovered that the shoes were being shipped from Singapore so was concerned that if they didn’t fit it would be expensive and a hassle to return. I contacted customer service and they refunded me straight away so I was very surprised to receive the order today. I was also, after reading some of these reviews, very pleasantly surprised at the quality and comfort of the shoes. They are soft and padded and look fabulous. I’m extremely pleased. Time will tell whether they comfortable to wear all day, or whether they will last, but right now, I’m happy!
