Very impressive service. Sent online query about the drive belt I needed, and received a response in minutes. I placed order online and was notified of dispatch an hour later. Delivered the next morning. All for a good price and low shipping cost!

We often write a negative review when we have a bad experience, but it's only fair that we write one when we have received a great service.
I ordered a starter motor online from Mowerparts.ie late Monday afternoon and I received an order confirmation email straight away. Tuesday morning at 9.30am I received a second email informing me that my item was being dispatched together with the Courier details and tracking information. I then received an email from the courier informing me my parcel would be delivered on the next working day.
Sure enough, the package arrived on the Wednesday lunchtime.
Great service all round and the price of the starter motor was cheaper than all the other suppliers I looked at. No hidden VAT to add and FREE delivery.

Awful company to deal with damaged returns. They'll blame you for the damage and that's the end of that. The box arrived complete and undamaged. When I took out the mulcher from the box it was my wife who noticed the thin plastic edge was torn-into by the spring. I emailed them with photos of the damage and expected a courteous reply. Instead I got a call from a woman who was having none of it saying I tried to install it incorrectly and damaged it myself. Well it never went anywhere near the lawnmower. You wouldn't get this behaviour from Amazon. You try to buy from your own country and that's what you get. AVOID!!
