I was very satisfied.
Allthough I didn't buy the Ski glasses that I ordered, the quality was very good and the design too. I decided on a different product for other reasons. The service for delivery, returns and refunds was perfect.

Quick and correct service
I ordered the Nebula Blue, which I received quickly. However, they looked way more yellow. I contacted Mox and they explained it, send more realistic pictures and made some suggestions for the other type of glasses. They are good salesmen, but very prompt in their answers.

Delivery was really fast. The product itself (after trying) is really good. Those are the best goggles so far, quite easy to change the lenses so yea i can only recommend it.

The product (sunglases) looks very good and seems to be of high quality.
Only 3 stars because you can't see the lenses at all as they are protected by a film and if you remove this film the right to return them expires. This information is not visible during the order!

thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear that you like the look and quality of our ski goggles.
The protective film is there to protect the special anti-fog treatment on the lenses. Once removed, we can no longer guarantee that this coating remains untouched, which is why returns are no longer possible.
This information is provided on our returns-info webpage, in our terms and conditions (which is presented to you during the ordering process), and on the product packaging. That said, we appreciate your feedback and will look into making it even clearer during the ordering process.
To keep things fair, we allow customers to carefully peel back the protective film on one half of the lens and reapply it, as long as the inside of the lens is not touched. This way, you can see through the lens before making a final decision.
