Sent wrong lenses and also another pair that I didn't want and charged me for both!

I ordered a pair of colored contact lenses and they added another pair to my order automatically. When I realized it happened I emailed them not to send them, they were the wrong color with no prescription, they replied a couple of times but it seems they didn't understand what I was telling them. So now they charged me for the extra pair that I have no use for. I kept emailing them but they stopped answering my emails. The lenses arrived yesterday, they sent me the wrong color for the pair that I ordered and also they sent me the that I didn't want. I, again emailed them but still no answer from the company. I am out $46.98. They do not give refunds, as far as I know. All I want is for them to send 2 pair of the right color, with my prescription.
