I signed up to be notified when several Moxi skates became available, but missed every opportunity. So when I got notice that the taffy Lolly was available, I jumped at the chance ... and got them! I haven't skated regularly since high school, so I'm taking things slow, and an enjoying every minute! Thank you!!

The roller skates came promptly & in perfect condition. I recommend sizing at least one size down if you’re getting the Lolly’s. I measured my foot according to their chart and measurements and I think a smaller size would have suited my feet better. All in love the roller skates.

Very beautiful skates the only thing that could’ve been improved was more information on how big the boot was. Very comfortable wheels are really nice feels like I’m floating on clouds.

Skates are beautiful. They are so comfortable I don`t want to remove them. Shipping was extremely stress free and speedy. I love all the colors. They are much prettier in person. I especially love the pineapple and green apple color they are so cute. I used to skate when I was a child, my teens and in my 20`s and my skates were leather but would torture my feet with blisters but these are absolutely heavenly to wear. Made to perfection!!! Thank you.

Although the skates are super cool, I had only 1 problem -

I listed a shipping address - the skates were received at a totally different address. I had to pay an additional $115, to have the skates delivered to the correct address! 🤨

Moxi's website is very aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate. Two features I found very useful were: 1) The notification feature when products you want to purchase become available; 2) The option of using Klarna where you can make 4 interest-free payments. These two features gave me the opportunity to purchase the item I've been wanting without having to keep looking on the website and without having to "tighten my belt" on my monthly budget. The shipping was on time. The skates were cute and the size guid was helpful. I traced my foot and went by the guide and it was perfect. Super cute

As soon as I received your email that they were in stock again, I made my purchase and was surprised that I received them within two days. Wow! I retired my Riedell Wicked for pineapple Lollies. I was worried about a break-in period. NO blisters, NO sore feet, just like my old boots, only better!

You guys are great! I have zero complaints about Moxi. My order was shipped quickly but USPS is dropping the ball. This isn’t the first time my shipment from Moxi took forever to come in due to USPS delays. It’s already 3 days past the original delivery date and I’m getting a little frustrated. Again, this has nothing to do with Moxi at all…but I just wanna throw a heads up out there that shipping might take longer than expected.

I wanted to support an American company, so I ordered laces and a leash from this store. I was sent the wrong laces. I ordered SPARK laces in purple, and I got CORE laces in very deep purple. I wrote Moxi and told them I got the wrong product and they said I was sent the correct one. I most certainly was not, and I can not use these laces. I'd like a refund of the $9 plus tax at this point.
