Very pleased with Moxi and plan to shop with them in future. The size charts were invaluable to my purchase decisions, the skates are gorgeous and good quality. Just got some pads and socks as well which are very cute and I look forward to using. Shipping was expensive but the pads arrived quickly and though the skates took longer, they are heavy items and well packaged so a higher price makes sense. Also worth the wait/cost.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars for excellence is because the interior skate "shoebox" was crushed on one side, however the shipping box was not damaged at all. Otherwise, my strawberry lemonade beach bunnies arrived on time, are beautiful and super fun to skate in!! I am very pleased with the quality of the items including the protective gear. Would definitely recommend!

I'm pleased with the prompt Customer Service that I had involving my shipment receipt. - As per the email communication, the shipment surprisingly arrived earlier than expected. In addition to my initial purchase of skates, I made another purchase for accessories. That shipment was received in less than a week. Good Job, Moxiskates Team!

Arrived a day early and in excellent condition! This is my first pair (and I'm loving them!), so I'm not sure how skates are supposed to be like at first. They're stiff and need breaking in, but that's to be expected. My ankles feel very supported which helps keep my balance! I love the color and feel!

I had a personal shopper experience with Kiana, and they are an absolutely lovely human! They helped me decide on my Lolly skates and got me the red that I am absolutely in love with!

Let me tell you, it is not an overstatement to say that these skates are comfortable out of the box! I had tried my mom's Lollys and so I kind of knew what to expect, but I was able to skate around my neighborhood with the puppy and that was about a mile sum total. I really expected my feet to hurt after that, but I was pleasantly surprised!

I can't express how much I love these skates and the team that sells them! Kiana was amazing and the skates are a dream!

Bought these for my daughter's birthday. She loves them...needs to learn to skate but she's excited to get started. Thought at first we should exchange for a size up and contacted customer service, they were prompt informative and friendly with the reply. In the end we decided not to exchange after all.

My personal experience was great. You didn’t have Lolly’s in the color I wanted available but after doing a little research and stumbling upon the Moxi YouTube channel I was able to figure out how to have you guys email me when they came back in stock. I had to do that process a few times cause I didn’t quite have the money the first two times. But I got it together and placed an order for my strawberries on the third round that they were available! As for shipping they were sent out and arrived very quickly! That might be because I’m late to the game though and missed the crazy rush the world had to go out and buy skates all at once! I know it’s not necessary to say this but for the people who did possibly have a bad experience during that surge of consumerism won’t completely write Moxi off and will give them another chance now that things are at the beginning of settling down.

Ordered a 2nd pair of lollys and they came in within a week. You all have definitely stepped up. My first pair took 2 months and my first set of beach bunnies took 5 months but I know covid tied your hands. It was easy to order and I appreciate the emails to let me know when they're released.
