Not as described. The style is nice, but the fabric is very thin and not as expected.

I encountered an issue with the sizing of the jelly bra, but the customer service was outstanding. They responded quickly and allowed me to keep the bra that didn't fit, then sent me a replacement in the correct size at no extra cost. I'm very satisfied with their efficient service and the great fitting jelly bra. Highly recommended!

Awful just awful! The top I ordered is absolutely nothing like the picture the colour and fit is terrible and material is horrible. Do not order from her. I have emailed for a refund and there is no options to return and have heard nothing back as yet.

I bought these too...I've told them there not what they say they are and certainly do not do what they show in there video never did get a reply ....it's a complete rip off

Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering, I would have saved my money. Not as advertised no way will they do what they're purported to do.Poor quality, very cheap look and feel. Save your money go elsewhere.
These are going to the charity shop (unused) but not sure if they'll sell!

Recommend everyone to avoid purchasing anything from this place. Brought a few items. The items did take time to arrive and when it arrived the items were too big and sadly did not do anything as advertised. I got in contact with them to return the item. They mentioned that they are based in China and the shipping will be expansive but happy to give me a partial refund. When I tried replying back using their email to accept their offer the email bounced back saying the email is incorrect? I’m lost for words! There is no other contact details on their website a part from this

Ordered some leak proof panties not only did they send the wrong size so to big but item is absolutely useless does not do what is advertised the are just normal underwear but to make matters worse cheap looking and feeling underwear at that.wish I had read other reviews first.Save your money and go to asda

Hope you check reviews before you purchase, or that you paid by PayPal and can get a refund. Leakproof, tummy control pants are neither, just poor quality pants, worn once and seam is coming apart. Reported the issue in detail by email to Moymoon and asked for refund - they replied with a weird email saying 'don't worry your goods are on their way'. They did not respond to my next two emails, so I've contacted PayPal to start the process for a refund. Currently jumping thru hoops from Moymoon - they are requesting photos, asking if I want replacement items (Why? it's the same defective stock!). Also, don't bother with the Christmas decorations either, even in a £ shop they would be overpriced. I purchased one to make the order free delivery. Their "lovely" customer service is poor, and looking at the quality of the defective items (not 'as described' either), sadly I believe Moymoon is a scam, not just a cheap sub-quality online company. I ordered a pack of 3 bras , only two arrived ( after several weeks) and one is very small and the other too big , total waste of money , so angry that Facebook must now know as there are many reviews !

Ordered 2 of the cooling cami tops.
I ordered the size I wanted going by the size chart, but when they arrived one was really big and fell off me and the other one was so tight I couldn't get it on.
Emailed moymoon and after a couple of emails back and forth and them requesting pictures of tops and the inside tags which I sent then.
2 days ago I received a email back asking me if I would except half my money back to which I replied no I won't except half and that I wanted a full refund to which I've not heard back, so guessed they've brushed me off and I've lost my money.
Ordered these through a advert on Facebook, and Facebook needs to check these company's out before they give these people a platform to scam people

Dishonest about the products they sale .. please avoid this company

This company are based in Asia somewhere. Their 30 day money back guarantee is false - they won't refund or allow you to return the product. I ordered the fancy looking toilet brush. It's the cheapest, tackiest thing ever. The cover doesn't close properly and the head just moves bits around, doesn't capture them to flush. Avoid this company!

I bought a pack of three incontenence underwear. I occasionally leak when I have a seizure and like lots of ladies I get stress leaks- when you sneeze or laugh etc etc. one of the pairs has a hole in. No such thing as a reply. £9.99 wasted. Trading standard comes to mind. 🤬🤬

If I could give 0 stars I would. What a load of rubbish! Communication is none apparent. Took weeks to come and when it arrived it wasn’t what I ordered. This company is a joke shop and should be banned from selling or advertising. I can only presume the monkeys they have working for them don’t understand English or how to run a business. Never again. Avoid like the plague or be very disappointed with their service & product

I bought leakproof/ absorbant pants. They look really nice but are not absorbant at all!!! One very dissatisfied customer 😡

Product ordered was for leak proof pants - product delivered was ordinary pants - they should not advertise something they can't deliver. Description was quite clear about the amount of liquid that could be absorbed - truth is nothing was absorbed. This is a violation of the Trade Description Act - wish I'd read the reviews.
