Be careful as they will charge you even if you cancel the during the trial period.

I was shocked to find a $179 charge from Moz for a subscription renewal I never authorized and was not notified about. I canceled the subscription immediately and contacted their support to request a refund. Their response? No refund, no exception, and no accountability.

This kind of auto-renewal practice without clear notice is unethical. They take your money and refuse to give it back, even if you don’t use the service. I’ve since reported the charge to my bank for reversal.

Extremely disappointed. I expected more transparency and professionalism from a company in the SEO industry.

They charged my card after a free trial. I cancelled an hour later and they wouldn't refund me. Received no emails that they'd be charging my card. Super annoying.

The page grader is excellent. The layout out the software is easy to use and understand. The support are amazing

MozLOCAL is underwhelming. Lack of insights on how to improve. Chat GPT is way better for a fraction of the cost. MOZ Local was not able to provide ranking data for my location. Big disappointment.

After 7 years as a loyal MOZ customer for local directory submissions, I experienced a significant decline in service quality. Our listings dropped from 115+ to just 32 in the past year despite maintaining the same level of engagement on our end.

When attempting to address these concerns, I found customer support difficult to reach. The alternative SEO tools offered as part of thier bag of tricks weren't comparable to industry leaders like AHREFs. I discovered a competitor's link had been inexplicably added to one of my citations that contained my company's content, which raised serious questions about data management.

Most concerning was receiving emails threatening that my citations would be sold to others when my plan was expiring - a practice that seems legally questionable for brand-owned content. This approach to customer retention feels inappropriate for a company in the professional services sector.

Based on this experience, I can no longer recommend MOZ for directory submissions and suggest businesses explore alternative providers that offer more responsive support and transparent practices.

The "30 Days of SEO" course by Moz Academy was an excellent learning experience! I loved the structured, bite-sized format that made it easy to stay consistent and absorb key concepts each day. The content was clear, practical, and very relevant to the current SEO landscape. The way it gradually built up from basics to more strategic topics was very effective. I especially appreciated the hands-on tips and real-world examples that helped me immediately apply what I learned.

Adding short video explainers and downloadable summaries could make it even better—but overall, it’s a fantastic course for anyone wanting to strengthen their SEO skills

Most companies are great UNTIL you have a problem. Moz proved to be great AFTER I had a problem - a problem that was of my own making!!!

The tool is great and very strong

I really really don’t like being cold called constantly. Please stop. I don’t like your services they are outdated and your strategies are useless with the development of AI.

Moz Local not good enough. I've alway loved Moz but I was unable to get the correct catagory pushed out to one of the most important aggregators, LocalEaze.

Quick customer service, and accomplishment of refund request after I forgot to cancel due to personal circumstances. I requested the refund within the first 24 hours of being debited. MOZ was kind enough to follow through.

The website doesn't load and I got no do-follow backlinks after multiple months of using. This is basically a scam.

I signed up for a free one-month trial but I can't log in to my account.

I've been trying to contact support for over a week now, but there's been no response.

Since they make you give them your credit card during the free trial and I can't log in, they'll be able to withdraw money, which is pretty stressful.

Don't give them your banking information!
