I bought a new boiler from you almost two years ago and I have it serviced by your engineer annually.
I find him punctual,pleasant and thorough and he answers any questions I ask him about temperatures etc.
He is an asset to the company.His name is Lewis

Ewan McLean Ltd T/A MPH HOME is a genuine trustworthy boiler installer who provides me with an excellent service. The family run business is built on company culture and people. Mr Ewan McLean, the Managing Director is an amazing person. He is so kind and his employees are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, innovative and creative people. His oldest son Mr Ewan McLean Jr is a genius. He is professional and so helpful. He has full knowledge and understanding of the combi boiler issues. When I called him he fully understood my complex central heating system and over the phone guided me through his intelligence and superb skills. Within a reasonable time and price he made sure my central heating and hot water is back up and running. An excellent combi boiler was installed with the help of Gregor, Steven (Gregor's son and engineer) and Koran (Mr Ewan McLean's son). These stuff are really hardworking, friendly and knowledgeable. They never lost their patience with my endless queries. Anyone can trust and rely on the expertise and professionalism of this family run company. Father and his sons have really set a very good example to encourage and inspire customers by their excellent behavior, professionalism, sense of accountability and support. The three employees who came to my house to install the combi boiler made an effective team work and quickly understood the magnitude of the task. If you book this family run company you will surely have a peace of mind. Because they know where the problem lies. They offer you the best price professionally.

An afternoon appointment arranged. Text from the engineer the day before advising of the expected time of visit. Engineer arrived on schedule and carried out the relevant checks.

Had my annual boiler maintenance. Engineer arrived promptly, he was so respectful of property, used shoe covers before entering and tidied up afterwards.
He also forwarded me visual instructions on how to top up water pressure if necessary. Def worth 5 stars !

Second service by Scott went well, on time and tidy and advised needing a new part from manufacturer. Great to have a local company, staff always friendly when contacted.

Fantastic job from an amazing team. From the initial site visit, work on site, to completion. Very impressed, especially Ian and Paul, attention to detail and went the extra mile. Kept up to date all through the process. A few hiccups along the way (unexpected things and old house throws up) but professionals dealt with. I am so glad we went with you. I now have my amazing bathroom.
