Plumber arrived on time and quickly serviced the boiler with no mess.

Yearly service! Went ok , went to put heating ON boiler fired up, BUT NO heat to radiators, tryed later early evening still no joy! Next day Phoned MPH THEY said would get InTouch with Scott, 15:00 phoned MPH once more, with in 30mins Scott phoned, tryed to sort the Problem over the phone! No joy, it's now 2 Days without Heating, Scott said he would get someone to come and sort the Problem, still waiting to hear from the a gas engineer, 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 cold customer 78years🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 engineer arrived 11:00 problem sorted, thanks Scott for all the help, 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Probably the best review I’ve ever submitted on any company. After horrendous experiences with British Gas, which left me without heat or hot water for 12 days, MPH surveyed, quoted, procured, installed, tested and certified my new central heating system; from survey to completion in only five days, with installation by a full squad of professional tradesmen travelling from Kircaldy to Aberdeen, in just a day. A fast, professional, tidy job with a special shout out to the Heating Engineer in charge, Gregor and Neil who completed the survey and gave me confidence they could do the job on time and on budget. I’ll be recommending this business wherever I can. A great Company.

Have used MPH since purchasing my boiler 7 years ago. Then it was a great price and also fitted fast with minimum disruption. MPH have serviced the boiler every year since (exception covid) and have alway been excellent explaining everything and doing the servicing. Keep up the great work!

Very professional and courteous and at time specified.
Only set back engineer could not release mag filter to check system for sludge but confirmed he would highlight this as a must do at the next service with the next engineer having to bring spare parts in case filter got broken during removal which I was happy to agree too

Scott, the engineer kept me up to date by text about arrival time and arrived promptly. Had been here before last year. Friendly, chatted while working away. Extremely efficient and price had not increased since last year. Reminder is automatically sent when service due, great! Would highly recomend MPH!

All good no problems arrived and got on with job,

MPG have recently fitted a new bathroom and ensuite shower room for us and we are very happy with the end products; the workmanship was top class. All the staff involved were at all times, helpful, patient, professional and committed; nothing was too much trouble and we would highly recommend them.
