Underfloor heating issues
Finally we found someone who really knew what they were doing and very well equipped. We have a quite complicated underfloor heating system. The zones were not working properly (some too hot and some didn’t warm up at all) and John understood immediately what needed doing. We also had our boiler serviced. John showed us with the heat camera exactly where our underfloor pipes were running and he could check heat was unevenly distributed. We definitely will be using John for any future maintenance or problems as it was quite hard to find someone with his level of experience. He is also a very nice guy and explains things along the way. Will definitely recommend to my friends with underfloor heating as I know it is not easy to find someone.

Great service and a very professional and informative approach. I John did a very thorough job and addressed all the issues with our underfloor heating. He even came to check all was good the following day. The house is lovely and warm for the first time in several weeks. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you.

Fixed our underfloor heating!
Our underfloor heating decided to stop working just in time for the recent -7° temperatures. Original installer ghosted me but John at MPHG arranged to come out to see us within 2 working days. It took him just over an hour to diagnose and fix the fault (burnt out motor on a switch, which John replaced). Thankfully, as it wasn't a major issue it didn't cost the earth either! No hesitation in recommending MPHG for resolving plumbing and heating issues. Thanks for your assistance John!

A Heath Robinson experience…
Our underfloor heating was very unsatisfactory and erratic and when John looked at it he was not surprised! He had never seen an installation like it. He advised that we needed a new manifold which he fitted most professionally, and the system now works perfectly.

Local company that knows something about Under Floor Heating
This is the second time of using this company, They returned as promised on the appointed date, completing the work as agreed. The company representative was very friendly and professional throughout the visit. My days of looking for a company who know and can maintenance/Repairs on Under Floor heating are over. Excellent professional service
Excellent professional service. I have now been helped twice by John and the team and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Once I needed advice re. UFH heating issues, specialist equipment was at hand, this helped with fault diagnosis. The following time I needed an emergency plumber to rectify a leaking pipe near the manifold. I will certainly use their services again.
