Counter staff were cheerful, friendly and helpful, which is not always the case with small order DIYers.

Shop was also extremely well stocked, to the point I can give up on Amazon, and the people in the yard and on the saw were also friendly and competent.

What an excellent all round experience purchasing from this company. From viewing the coping stones to arranging delivery in record time, the whole team were so pleasant, helpful, professional and accommodating.
The delivery man (sorry, don't know his name) was extremely helpful, polite and patient - shout out to him and a big thank you.
Then, another special thank you to Calvin, who after it turned out I needed an extra stone, the effort he put in to source it and get it sent over to his West Hampstead branch so I could collect and finish the project was exceptional, so helpful, reliable and very professional. It was very much appreciated. Timing was critical and he managed to come to my rescue, all the while keeping me fully informed and updated. Thanks Calvin and the rest of the fantastic team. Will not hesitate to use again. Highly recommended.
