Our old boiler finally gave up. Matt came round the same day I called him and an estimate was emailed shortly after. Amazing service from start to finish, Matt and Tom were professional and efficient removing the old boiler, installing new pipework, cleaning out the system and fitting the new Glow Worm boiler and a new Hive controller.
Highly recommend MPM.

Booked our annual bolier service , between us we got the dates mixed up , the response was first class as Tom arrived within the hour and serviced our boiler. Matt was very professional and clearly cares about customer service , what a great team and would highly recommend. 5* many thanks

We can’t thank Matt and Tom enough for all of their work on our downstairs toilets and ensuite. We are so happy with our new bathrooms. The team were professional, hard working and their work is amazing. You can tell they take extreme pride in their work, with a real focus on attention to detail and making sure everything was perfect. Will definitely be calling back to do our third and final bathroom and will be singing their praises to friends and family.

We've just had our Saniflo/Larkfleet shower enclosure ripped out and replaced by MPM. Having had several negative experiences with contractors within our home previously, Matt and Tom have gone along way to reinstate our confidence with such.

The finish of the shower is superb, and has exceeded our expectations. The work has been carried out with true professionalism and care, and this can be seen in the finish. Turning up on time and putting in a full day's work is something we haven't experienced before with a contractor, so this has gone some way in restoring our faith.

Cleaning up after each day's work was great to see as well, and keeping us informed of any potential problems and extra costs in real time was very much appreciated.

I cannot recommend MPM P&H highly enough, courtesy and professionalism throughout the whole process. The initial quote was competitive, but not the cheapest, but Matt gave an air of knowledge and competence above anyone else, which was the reason we chose MPM. We were not to be disappointed.

While they were at our home they also managed to fit in our annual boiler service too at very short notice, and at a very good rate.

We will definitely be using MPM for all of our plumbing and heating needs in the future. We highly recommend them.

Matt and Tom did a thorough and excellent job on updating and improving our central heating system by fitting a new pump, new valves, magnetic filter and performing a thorough clean of the system.
They also fitted a Hive heating and hot water control system so we can now control it all remotely.
They were polite and hard working getting it all done in a day. Great job thanks guys.

Very fast response and great service. Reliable company who communicated throughout the process. This was not a straightforward job and required new boiler parts, however this was diagnosed and repaired quickly.

Excellent service from these guys, we called them because we had a leak, they came out and had it fixed within a couple of hours.

Excellent service from mpm plumbing. We've recently had our boiler serviced by Tom, who went above and beyond and did a very thorough job for us. It's great to see a young man with such passion and knowledge for his job. Thank you guys, i would highly recommend and hope to see you next year!

I phoned about my boiler not working and I had a plumber out that day. I needed a new boiler which was ordered and fitted within 4 working days - great service from a friendly knowledgeable group who communicated well not only to each other but to us aswell.

Both Matt and Tom were extremely helpful, and had our boiler fixed quickly. I appreciated the follow-up visit to make sure there were no issues. Will definitely use them again!

Great experience with MPM plumbing. Really professional and mindful of house when they installed a new bathroom. Great bunch of lads, especially Chris. I could not recommend them highly enough. Hopefully getting them back in the new year to do the en suite

Absolutely brilliant! MPM were the only company after 6 months of work by others and great expense who could sort out and take the time to figure out the problems with our underfloor heating - they can do both electrical work and plumbing which is so helpful- couldn’t advise them more strongly - a very grateful new customer who has now found a replacement plumber and electrician!

Came round to look at the fault with our central heating quickly. Worked thoroughly to diagnose blocked pipes and resolved kettling in the boiler leaving us with a nice warm house. Both Matt and Tom were professional and would highly recommend MPM.

Matt serviced our boiler, he fitted us in quickly and arrived on time. As well as quick and efficient, Matt was friendly, professional and courteous. I've had lots of work people in my house over the years, and Matt is the first ever workperson to have worn overshoes!
