La tienda de motos está desatendida, cuando hablas por WhatsApp estas perdido apenas conversas con ellos para consejos, dudas, modelos de motos, garantías. Atención al cliente casi inexistente. Que se prepare el que vaya . No volveré ahí si tengo más motos q comprar.
Compré una bicicleta eléctrica en junio de 2025 , de la marca haibike all trail 7... A los dos meses se me averió el cambio.. pusieron pegas por todos los lados , incluso el que me atendió me puso la escusa de que tenía un niño pequeño y no daba a basto...surrealista... Hace 1 mes se me salió una biela , elemento de seguridad que viene apretado a 50nm... Bicicleta con 900 km y 8 meses. Me dicen que es manteniento. Pido la hoja de reclamaciones y me dicen que no me la dan online. Pido que me devuelvan mi biela para reclamar y me la mandan a otra ciudad ... Sin darme solucion ninguna. El servicio post venta es un engaño!!!
