Terrible service and inadequate response to faulty vapes. This company still owes me money and has not responded in two weeks. They suggested that I did not deactivate the child lock correctly, even though I managed to do it correctly on all other vapes. They have not replied to my request for a refund in two weeks. A police report will follow.
