FAKE WEBSITE BE WARNED THEY ARE SCAMMERS, SEE THEIR GOOGLE REVIEWS. TOOK MONEY AND GAVE ME A FAKE DHL TRACKING NUMBER, I TRIED TO RING THEM BUT THEY BLOCKED MY NUMBER, HAVING TO FILE A CHARGE BACK NOW.
Ordered required item for bird, the order was never dispatched. I reached out via email address and web enquiry form 4 times over the course of 2 weeks and never received a reply. I then saw a review on here which mentioned a WhatsApp number which I contacted to be told they had been trying to contact me via phone (no missed calls no voicemails) as the item was out of stock- though it is still showing as available on their website. Really disappointed with first order and how difficult it was to get hold of somebody to chase my non existent order - not to mention the lies about trying to get hold of me- this just made it worse than if they would have just apologised!
Mr buddy pet shop was the best out there when it came to buying my dogs dry food. They had an amazing deal compared to the rest and the delivery was fast. They helped me a lot over WhatsApp when it came to questions and couldn’t be more happier. Will be using them frequently for my dogs dry food !!
There is a sure measure of a good supplier, that is how they go about resolving an issue that may not be their fault.
I ordered 2 tubs of Davies chomping chews ( 2nd order) 1 tub arrived no packaging just a label, tub damaged.
Contacted mrbuddy.
2nd tub arrived days later in a very loose secondhand poly bag with the tub very damaged.
Mrbuddy explained that their system showed that the order was packaged and despatched correctly. (As was the first order)
I did not think it safe to use the product so I disposed of them.
I requested the order be replaced, being delivered in good condition.
At no time did mrbuddy try to duck the issue, they acted in a very professional manner and replaced the order, even though perhaps it was not directly their fault responsibility was accepted.

Ordered a sack of Purina dog food from here for the first time. Paid £5.99 postage and expected delivery within around 3 days.
Get an email to say delivery will take between 9 and 11 days!!! What??? So I email reply to cancel on the 8th April. Another reply, which took 3 days to be sent, said this, "We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you this was the date if the delivery will be delay but we will inform the customer if there is any issue but that will be never delay more than that mentioned date, your parcel most probably ready for the collection tomorrow,"
So based on this I continue with the order believing what turns out to be a total lie. Evri delivered it today, the 17th. Which, as it happens, is the original ridiculous 9 day delivery date given after placing my order.
This is all done through Etsy apparently.
Never again, I'll stick with Zooplus who deliver within 24 hours.
I ordered online 2 bags of puppy food which was on offer for a good price, ordering was easy and checkout was simple. Order placed on the 15/4/24 and delivery was the very next day. Outstanding service, never had such a big delivery so fast . Highly recommend this company.

Was my first time ordering from here. Absolutely blown away by the amazing customer service provided by them. After evri failed to deliver my order, Mr buddy's pet shop promptly sent out a replacement with a different carrier and included a free toy which my girl absolutely loves. And they dealt with my multitude of anxious messages excellently. Will be exclusively shopping here for my girls dry food from now on. Life long customer now! Go on, order, you will not be disappointed and very reasonably priced compared to other places!

The particular brand of cat food I wanted is quite difficult to find. Mrbuddypetshop had it in stock and at a very good price I am very pleased with their service, and so are my cats.
If I could give zero stars for this company I would. Shocking customer service trying to get a refund for damaged item (still not resolved and I have now involved my bank). They sent an identical item despite request for refund, once again had to sort out. If you want to spend hours and hours waiting for them to sort this out and chasing this is the company for you. Bit odd that a company that has been trading for 20 months only has 8 reviews 🤔.
I have ordered from Mr Buddy’s pet shop twice, the second time the wrong order came. I contacted them via email was answered immediately, my order was sent out first class and arrived the next day. I received an email with the returns ticket and the wrong parcel will be collected and returned, this was all sorted out by the pet shop . The whole experience has been positive and I will definitely use Mr Buddys pet shop again

So my order was a few days late I sent several emails to complain after several emails I received a call and a full refund.Also they let me keep the item when it was delivered. Very fair ‘ perhaps a better delivery service would help . We will give them another chance .
