Dog loves the treats. But they’re very crumbly.
There are a lot of crumbs in the packs. If they could be made to crumble less they would be pretty much perfect.

A good size for my small boy and he loves it. They come well packaged and are always sent in good time. I love being able to give him crunchy biscuits that I know are not bulked out with rubbish ingredients. And it's great that it's better for the environment.

Order arrived with inner packaging open and treats spilled out. Following an email another was sent out straight away. Good service. Dog likes the treats!

Great communication and prompt delivery and really well packaged.. my dogs absolutely love them but our local pet store don’t sell them anymore so I found you on google and ordered straight from you so thank you for the great treats

Order was placed in October and received all 4 packets of treats with best before dates of September 2024. I understand best before and use by are different but if you are selling products not at their best surely they should not be full price / this should be made clear?

I emailed them to advise and ask if they could send more in that are date (I can return the old ones), they said they’d check with the warehouse then never got back to me. I emailed again a few days later and still waiting for a response.

Poor quality and poor customer service.

It took quite a long time to arrive!

After a tipoff from my sister, I placed an order for 2 starter packs. Arrived as stated and both pups love the treats. We use when training a 7 year old Iggy, and so far, she performs well knowing what the treat will be! ;)

Ordering was really simple, straight forward and it arrived in great time! My dog loved the treats, they are crunchy and I take it very tasty as he keeps asking for more. Had to only give him one or two a day as his tum was a bit upset.

Great new idea - bug protein. My puppy loves it.

My beagle won’t touch them. For anyone that’s familiar with beagles, they devour anything and everything…..except Mr Bug!! Sorry!

I have tried to get back into Trustpilot to adjust my previous review but it hasn’t worked. I owe the Mr Bug an apology as it seems they did send out my order (twice). However, there was a glitch as my house number didn’t appear. I have no idea where Royal Mail tried to deliver the parcels, but once the issue was ironed out, I received the parcel within 3 days. Many thanks to Paul for his patience.

Despite promises that my order would arrive within 3-5 working days, it’s been 15 days and still nothing. My email and calls have gone unanswered. I guess trading standards and social media will be interested because the company definitely isn’t.

Our dog loves these. They did take a while to be delivered, but will definitely re-order again.
