Overcharged with FedEX EXTRA PAYMENT.
I got charged for the burs and when they got delivered, FedEX charged me 30.00 extra for International Tariff fee. Ehen I informed the company they told me not to worry and they would cover the extra 30.00.
Had I known i would have never bought the burs. It was too late. i had already opened up the package. I paid the rextra amount tinking i would be reimbursed.
I paid, and when I told the company, they told me they would reimburse me. They asked for the Invoice and I provided all the paperwork cfom FEDX. Then I was told information was not detailed enough. So basically they Enticed me to pay for the product and tarriffs . I thought I would be reimbursed but then they stated my paperwork was not good enough. I paid 250.00 for 6 burs. I will never use Mr Burs company again. Buyers Beware!!!

We’d like to kindly clarify that the customs tariff was issued by your local customs authority upon import and is not a fee imposed by Mr. Bur. Such charges are standard practice for international shipments and are typically the responsibility of the receiver.
For your reference, your order consisted of 23 IPR burs for $175 USD, and we included free express shipping along with a complimentary bur block as part of our service. As a gesture of goodwill, we were happy to offer reimbursement of the $30 tariff fee you incurred.
To proceed with this reimbursement, our finance team requires the official customs duty invoice issued by your local authority. Unfortunately, a payment screenshot or transaction slip does not contain the necessary breakdown required for our reimbursement process.
Once the correct document is provided, we will promptly process the refund as promised.
