I had used this site in the past, to be honest they can be slow but this time complete no show, ordered and paid 20 November 2021 still nothing a month later, three pair's of brushes emails, landline calls, mobile calls, text messages, online chat all pointless, credit card company now chasing for refund.
They do "sell" on ebay as well so be warned.

Do not use this company you will not receive your goods. I’m claiming my money back now through pay pal as I got no response from Mr Carbon Brushes aka Edward Hughe.

I bought these carbon brushes and I didn't get anything even after chasing them with emails multiple times, they'll say they will resend them but they don't. Don't buy from here, you won't ever get you product or refund back.

Was recomended to use this website by saw manufacturer,ordered and used paypal to pay,brushes didnt turn up so phoned,answer by a child who was rude,and hung up.Look up reviews and saw many people experiencing a rip off.DONT USE THIS WEBSITE .

Ordered brushes for my mitre saw 22/11/21 three weeks later no brushes no reply to three emails no reply to two phone calls. Have now referred this through my bank as debit card dispute they have refunded my money and it is being investigated as fraud. Please under no circumstances use this company, I along with many others have been well and truly ripped off surely there must be some way to stop them advertising online.

Like many others I also ordered from mrcarbonbrushes and just like everyone else there’s been no replies to contact and haven’t received my items either.
Now going through the process of claiming my money back through PayPal but not holding much hope seeing as he has done the same to so many others.
Wish we could leave zero stars or even negatives to avoid others falling for this scammers website. I even searched for reviews before buying and didn’t find anything so must have misspelled something ☹️

Please save yourself the hassle and don’t give this waste of space your hard earned money as you certainly won’t receive wha5 you ordered!

What a sick individual, why is this website allowed to trade? Putting their children on the phone to answer, and doing a ladies voice, what a weirdo! Managed to get through and said that husband was in hospital! It went from wrong number to my husband is dealing with it but he's in hospital!! Weirdos and disgusting behaviour

As with so many others….. order acknowledged then NOTHING! No brushes, no answer to email, no answer to paypal communications so paypal refunded my money.
This person is obviously a scammer!!!

Lying fraudulent toe rag seems to be the recurring theme here. I am yet another one scammed by him. No brushes. No answer by phone, text or email. Big con. Don't buy anything from him, you won't receive it.

Avoid like the plague!!

After waiting over 2 months for the brushes that I ordered and sending 3 e mails with no reply, I have discovered that I am just one of dozens of people who have been ripped off by this person or persons.

As per other reviews, this appears to be a scam, ordered, paid and never received. Seller does not reply to emails. Please so not use this service.

Trying not to use Amazon all the time and thought i'd use a UK website supplier, what could go wrong....

Order confirmed with 1-3 day delivery time, but like everyone else it never arrived. Now trying to claw money back from PayPal.

His Paypal name is Edward Hughes but his website legal page says it's Daniel Davies.. It's all a scam..

This will continue until their website is downgraded from 1st page search results.

Avoid

Don't order! No item received. No reply to emails. Clawback made via c card.

Sadly my experience was similar to many others detailed in their feedback.

Ordered nearly a month ago now and not recieved anything.
Have emailed numerous times which have all been ignored.
Will try and get money back through paypal.
Complete fraud of a business.

Orderered brushes for circular saw. Two weeks later not received.

Have emailed several times but no response from vendor.

Wish I'd seen the negative reviews before parting with my money, hopefully Paypal will sort this out though.

I ordered some brushes that never arrived! I sent numerous emails which were ignored! I phoned up only to receive some abusive language from a woman then they blocked my number!

This website should be banned it’s a complete scam I ordered brushes and never received them and you can’t contact them

Ordered brushes from web site stating delivery in a few days, but after no delivery contacted by email, no reply, further 6 emails and 3 weeks still no reply. Contacted PayPal and opened case..He responded to PP with a delivery tracking, brushes received after 22 days. Stay clear of this sham artist.
