Good communication and overall workmanship
While the communication and workmanship were good. The only negative was the slightly odd behaviour of the installer. He was having trouble connecting the charger to the WiFi and in his frustration kept throwing around his phone, like literally throwing the phone on the floor.
The installer did apologise at the end but I found his behaviour quite strange when things weren’t going to plan.

The installers did a good job, despite a complex cable run everything was left neat and tidy after installation. Very pleased

Hig quality work and great customer service.
Just over a month ago we had an Oh*e charger fitted. Oh*e subbed the fitting to a contractor and in just over an hour they had hacked a huge hole in my meter cupboard and completed a terrible installation with an untidy cable run and unsightly external mini consumer unit. After a bit of a struggle I managed to get a refund and the Oh*e charger removed.
Julian at Mr Charger Peterborough made arrangements for a Hypervolt charger installation.
I explained our situation with the existing charger and Julian worked with us and made arrangements for an engineer to install the new charger the day after the Oh*e was removed.
The engineer completed the installation to high standard taking time to ensure everything was level and tidy.
The end result is a world away from the Oh*e installation and I am very happy with the charger and quality of the work.
I would strongly recommend Mr Charger for your EV charger installation.

Our Home EV installer
Our installer, Tom, was fantastic. He arrived on time, checked what we wanted, then got on with the installation. He cleaned up afterwards and explained how it all worked. He showed us how to download the App and then connect the charging cable. He was Superb! Thank you Tom.

Luke has helped us fix our old car…
Luke has helped us fix our old car charger one year ago (fitted initially by Bellway incorrectly) and then fitted a new on for us early this year.
His communication is great and was able to book us in quickly. He was able to order the charger for us aswell.
I would highly recommend his services. The aftercare has been fantastic in regards in updates etc.
