I stumbled upon Mr. Christmas while hunting for last-minute gifts, and let me tell you, it was either a stroke of luck or a divine intervention. The website was a treasure trove of festive delights, from quirky ornaments to cozy sweaters, all at prices that wouldn’t break the bank. The checkout was smooth, the delivery was on time, and the packaging was so elegant it made me want to keep the box forever. If only every online shop could be this seamless. Five stars, no hesitation.

Amazing, I do wish Santa was a bit louder, and Santa minutes were a little cheaper

I was really hopeful that this would be a wonderful Christmas item. What I failed to understand and I did not get clearly in the description is that you have to purchase minutes on top of the telephone. And this was just disappointing. I'm hoping to be able to return it for a refund as this is not what I was hoping for.

I had to return an item due to quality issue and response from support was quick & thorough. A free return shipping label was sent, i packaged it up and off it went. It did take a little longer than expected for credit but all-in-all a smooth experience.

It does what was promised. A bit more set up than I expected. Very disappointing that the sound doesn’t actually come from the hand set and the sound is very, very low…almost impossible to hear.
