Delivery driver did not leave the product

We chose the company as we needed speedy delivery. The delivery driver sent a message to say the delivery had failed as no-one was home. My husband and I were both home at that exact time and no-one knocked and no card was left. We had to rearrange to collect it the following day from the depo which was an inconvenience. The product, when received from the depo was fine.

Good, but really long service times

The actual product booked (a service of the machine) went well.

However the time frame for the delivery and return was overly long. Over three weeks between when the machine was collected to when it was delivered, meaning a planned event had to go without the machine.

Receiving the invoice for the return service after the machine had been serviced and was now sitting in the shop further delayed the return, and meant another step before we could get the machine back. Providing all the invoices at the beginning would create a smoother, more pleasant experience

Hi,
I'm sorry that the servicing took longer than hoped; unfortunately as this is our busiest period of the year we have a significant number of machines in for service meaning there was a estimated 10-14 working day turnaround for all machines, as advised.
We raise the return courier & parts invoice separately to the collection courier & service cost invoice as, until the machine has arrived, we don't know which parts (if any) require replacement.
I will take your points regarding the invoices being sent separately on board and see if there's a way to streamline the process in the future, as we do want the entire process to be as easy as possible.

ORDER DIDN'T ARRIVE

I ordered two slush syrups on Friday morning before the 12 o'clock cut off time for next day delivery. It cost me £15 delivery and guess what .......they didn't turn up. I have waited all day (its now 7pm on Sat evening) and now have no slush for the Baby shower I am hosting for my daughter tomorrow. If I had known they wouldn't arrive today I could have gone elsewhere!!! Fuming is an understatement!! and to top it off, this company do not answer their phones, the tracking doesn't work and the chat lady can only send a message to the sales team!! I will not be using this company again!! UPDATE: IN RESPONSE TO THE REPLY BELOW; spoke on phone & live chat fri morn & both confirmed order would arrive by sat! Train your staff to know the facts & tell customers the correct info. Left 4 messages Mon morn from 8.30am no response, only managed to speak to someone when I went through to their new order line at 10am, to be told messages answered in order, clearly my URGENT messages didn't qualify for a quick response despite me telling them their delivery was coming that morning between 10-12 and I needed to speak to them before the delivery driver arrived as I didn't want the order. Terrible customer service

Hi, I'm sorry that you've not been happy with your experience shopping with Mr Cool It.
I can see the order was placed on Friday before midday as you stated, with the order being shipped the same day for delivery on Monday, as our courier doesn't offer weekend deliveries as stated on our website.

I've checked the chat logs, and the advisers you spoke to stated that we offer same day despatch with further details available via the link they provided. As we are only open Monday-Friday, the support team who take calls & messages over the weekend are only able to pass on information for us to deal with the following working week.

It's unfortunate that a negative review has been left the day after the purchase when we had no opportunity to resolve the issue for you, particulary when the order was fulfilled in line with our terms & conditions, and our delivery information.
