No notice of delivery before it turned up. Total chance that we were in to receive it. Whss as t is that about?

As always the delivery was efficient and timely A friendly and professional service from the delivery driver with back of bark unloaded exactly where it was needed.

Great company. Ordered an extra dumpy bag of topsoil that I did not need in the end. Phoned them up, received a credit within hours and they picked it up the next day.

I ordered compost which although described as potentially containing foreign bodies, in fact contained large amounts of glass - while using it I cut my hand open on a sharp shard. I am informed that this may have been a contaminated batch but also that it is likely any replacement may also contain glass- I do feel if something as dangerous as glass is going to be present then this must be specifically warned about and it is not good enough just to say ' may contain contaminants or foreign objects ' The company did however rectify the situation by refunding the purchase and collecting the unused compost

Scheduled delivery of a bag of soil/compost mix was made on time, by a couple of very friendly and efficient guys. The mix appears to be a quality product, applied straight away on my allotment. Thanks

Quality of top soil was not very good, I had to spend a lot of time picking out small shards of glass and bits of plastic

Honestly I do not beleive this product should ever be put anywhere near a garden!
Full of plastic and glass pieces which somehow is a certified standard, if you care at all about your soil and soil life such as bacteria, microbes and insects which all play a role in soil health and ultimately the health of plants and humans don't use this crap (yes it's in the name).
I'm still picking the odd piece of rubbish out 3 years on from beds at home, when it arrived at my inlaws today I took a quick look and spotted the same type of unnatural waste within seconds of looking, the driver was asked to take it away.

Delivered on the right day but too early, when I was out. I had agreed delivery in the afternoon but it arrived before 9am. After a phone call to them they came a few days later and moved it to the correct location.

Topsoil and compost mix good quality delivered promptly.

The bag was not placed as per my instructions and 3 phone calls later is still in the middle of my lawn ! A man came out on Friday and said it could be moved and another man with a crane was on his way but here I am Tuesday ( I know it was a bank holiday ) and it is still there
