We had two Engineered wood floors fitted in our property recently. The promised date of fitting was stuck to (a good thing as just afterwards we moved our furniture in...) The workmanship was great -it looks to be better laid than the rest of the flooring! Generally extremely satisfied with the job and the service around it. Staff helpful accomodating and very pleasant,

Have used these guys before a few months back for my kitchen floor. This time was my living room floor. A good bunch of lads, arrived on time if not earlier. Any problems fixed ASAP

Recently renewed the stairway and landing carpet with Design Floors was a wee bit unsure at first but after speaking to Mike at Design Floors and getting a very good quote for the work decided to go a head, Mike phoned to say they could fit me in within the week as their fitters had a free afternoon, Fitters arrived on time were very friendly took time to explain what they would be doing and they did a fantastic job absolutely chuffed to bits with the job they have done new carpet looks great feels great to walk on aswell can’t give them a high enough mark for the quality of their work.

Excellent service from Design Floors and Furnishings from the initial site survey by Mike the owner to the the laying of our new Moduleo LVT flooring by David and Jordan. The end product looks amazing and with the expertise of all the team I would highly recommend Design Flooring of Forres to anyone looking for a professional team to lay your next floor covering.

We wanted to recarpet our 3 bedrooms and put vinyl in our en-suite and had been recommended to try MRD Flooring. We received excellent advice from Sue in the showroom on colours, matches and prices and Mike, the Manager, followed up with a survey shortly thereafter when we agreed his quote and fixed a date of our choosing for installation. The 2 day carpet laying was problem free and only took one day because we were assisted to move furniture from one bedroom to another. We were greatly impressed with all members of the MRD Team and thank them very much for a job well done!

From start to finish the team at MRD have been great.

Sue and Mike helped us to make the right choice for our floor and were very patient because I changed my mind several times! They are both very knowledgeable and as well as knowing their products inside out they were also able to give design advice which was extremely helpful. Mike made a very good job of measuring exactly how many tiles we would need- it was a large area ( three rooms) and there was less than a box left at the end!

David and Tyler made a fantastic job of laying the floor and were absolutely meticulous. They were punctual, polite, tidy, hard-working, trustworthy, good company and very accommodating. It can't have been easy to lay the flooring with us dodging about at the same time.

Thank you very much MRD - we are delighted with the flooring and would give more stars if we could!

Where to begin... Absolutely wonderful to deal with, such a brilliant team from start to finish. The flooring is amazing and looks wonderful and the lads that did the fitting were great, really hard workers with an eye for perfection. Can't recommend highly enough.

MRD have just laid our new downstairs flooring which completes them laying new flooring and carpet in every room within our home. Every time we've used them, they've gave good, honest advice while providing an exceptionally high quality service. From those in the showroom and office to those doing the work on the flooring, everyone has been excellent. Good communication on planned dates to work with no issues if minor adjustments to start dates were needed. When the work was done there was no messing around and they left behind an immaculate finish. Hopefully this flooring lasts a long time but when we need new flooring or furniture we will certainly be returning to MRD without a second thought.

Another great job from Mike and his team. This is the second time we've used them, this time to fit flooring in 3 rooms. Great service, clean, tidy and lovely finish. Floors look amazing. We'll definitely be using them again.

From our first visit and further visits to the shop in Forres we received courteous, informative and helpful advice from Andrew, and given samples to take away. Once we'd decided on the Amtico luxury vinyl floor, Mike visited to finalise order and agree fitting dates. Fitters arrived on time and the work was completed as advised. THANK YOU
