If I could give 0 stars, I would.
I ordered something, expected delivery was 4-5 days, at day 6, I received a message from their awful courier service Evri, that there was a problem delivering the package. It took them a week from day 6 to deliver.
But I had specifically told Mr Entertainer that I would not be at the property after day 12 (as the delivery address is not my home address, my home address is 1000km away in a different country), so delivery on day 13 was no use to me.
Notwithstanding this, Mr Entertainer did nothing, or claimed that they couldn't get an answer out of their courier. In either event, I asked for the delivery to be cancelled and the item returned. They did not do this.
The package was eventually dumped on the floor in the driveway of the delivery address, even though I had given other very specific delivery instructions.
Now I have to get the owners of the property to arrange for this to be returned, and Mr Entertainer expects me to pay for the postage!
During the week I was chasing them up about delivery, they proposed that I could order another identical item and it would be delivered within 24 hours by Royal Mail. If this is the case, then why didn't they use Royal Mail in the first place, instead of some second rate amateur courier company?
I will never ever use this company again, and at any opportunity I will tell people I know never to use them.
