Whole transaction took a week. Very satisfied!

Delivery was quick. Laptop came in couple of days days. Its late -17 model, and its way better condition by comparison to that, that I have used it from late -17. I can see its used laptop, but all functions goes and works like it is new. Sustainability of a battery seems to be as promised. After two weeks of usage I can say this much.

Without contacting me first, they contacted DHL express and requested to return the order - no information what so ever why and they did not give any info for DHL either. The package almost reached my home but because I changed delivery location, it gave Mresell time to immediately ask to return the laptop back to Sweden. Money is taken from my account already but will raise this issue with Klarna. Do not order things from this company. Huge stress. Easier to buy a new Macbook for sure.

EDIT: The laptop was reported stolen in Sweden and therefore the shipping was aborted. Did not concider this option.

I sold my old Macbook to them. Everything went smoothly until to the point of payment. After a few days of delay, I asked about the missing payment (which was promised in 1-2 days) and only got a "sorry" back. Some error in their payment details, they say. This is such a basic and the most critical step for customers and I'm disappointed that they failed. They probably would have never paid me unless I monitored my bank account. Be careful with this company!

Very fast, and good product and service. I'm very satisfied with the service overall. I give a 4 because my purchasing experience was not flawless. I initially bought a product, and 3 days later (over the weekend) I got an email saying that it was not on stock and that I had to buy another one. They also mentioned that they will reimbursed me. So I purchased another one and that one arrived in 2 days. So far happy with the product (have been using it for 1 week now).

For me, these guys are the gold standard when it comes to selling your used phone. They offer the best price vs. e.g. Swappie, getting them the phone is easy, and the payment doesn’t take too long. And you don’t have to put up with people on auction sites offering you 40% less than your asking price.

Excellent service till now. I got my MacBook Pro with in the stated time limit. The product was excellent even better than it shown in the web. I hope their after sales service will be the same. Don't have any experience about after sales service.

The delivery was fast and the product came as described. The temper glass was pre-installed so I don’t have to do it in my dusty room.
Price-wise I don’t think this is the best deal I can get. But instead of unknown quality and hidden cost from Tori.fi or Facebook, I would prefer mResell for the extra cost.
