I was very pleased to find Mr Granite and see large pieces of worktop rather than the small samples at my kitchen supplier. Amy was super friendly and helped me pick out a worktop to suit my plans and budget. Templating went well last week, and it was fitted today ( to the amazement of my plumber who said I'd be waiting at least three weeks!) I am absolutely delighted with the worktop and windowsill, it's perfect. Scott and his mate who's name I didn't get were friendly and very tidy workers. Thank you.

I went to the showroom and site of manufacture. Amy bless her helped us choose the correct worktop to what we had in mind. Once we chose our worktop and went away, a few hiccups which couldn't be avoided happened, but Amy didn't shy away to resolve any issues, not only did she put her customer first in the buying to install journey, she added value to the whole projects, kept promises and went beyond expectations. Scott and Bodie came to install, they did a fantastic job to finish on time to complete our dream. Best customer service experience in all my years. Scott Bodie snd Amanda all deserve a kudos J. Thanks for making a dream real J.

Amy & Scott have been amazing. A proper team. From selection of our work top all the way through templating and fitting. The team have been so efficient and helpful and honestly our kitchen looks absolutely amazing. We could not be happier!!!

Had an issue at the start, but they quickly resolved it. A measure of a good firm is when there is an issue they listened and as a result they came up with a solution which we were very happy with. We 100% recommend this firm.

Professional & friendly staff, helped with choosing the perfect work top. Great communication from Amy. Delivered and installed on time with no issues, good after service. Cannot recommend this company highly enough.

The team is great, always willing to help, they always communicate when pieces are ready for collection as I use them to complete bathroom tops etc. I won't use anybody else.

Without a doubt, the worst exchange of communication and overall service I’ve had from a business. Having already agreed a price and paid a 50% deposit to secure the specific worktop we required, i was alarmed to get a message from them requesting that we had to pay double the initial amount agreed. It was a mistake on their part when calculating the price based on plans we had given them (which I would have understood had they admitted it and we could have found a viable solution for both parties) but they refused to take accountability and instead, blamed us in a very hostile and condescending manner even going as far as to accuse us of “not being able to pay the remaining balance” which was a deliberate attempt at deflecting from their own clear mistake. For a business that claims to have years of experience, you would think they’d be able to distinguish between a column and a worktop and be able to analyse plans efficiently. That was not the case here. The lack of professionalism was appalling. What was intended to be a sweet gesture of gifting our parents a kitchen became a difficult experience and we are still dealing with the aftermath due to their negligence and disregard for their customers.

Competitive prices, expert fitting and wonderful friendly customer service experience. Highly recommend.

From start to finish this was so professional, helpful and friendly. Not to mention the best value for money I could I find. Amy was great with the sales and George did a magnificent job of fitting all within a small time frame. Cannot recommend this company enough.

We been to many worktop supplier but found Mr Granite to be the best, Amy and Bodin were ready helpful in advise and selecting our worktop and the end product was brilliant.
We love our worktop it finished of our kitchen like a showroom.

Brilliant customer service, really helpful and couldn't fault it at all. When I went to the unit the staff were very helpful and friendly. Amy, Scott and Bodin (the fitter) were great. Really grateful for the brilliant service.

I went to visit the Mr Granite showroom in Coventry and from the moment I showed up the staff welcomed me and presented all the options that were available. They explained the different materials used and the price range and even suggested what would look good with the colours in my kitchen. The process and communication after that was so easy and efficient. They came today to fit my worktop and they did an amazing job! I am in love with my new kitchen. Mr Granite was recommended to me by Madina Kitchens and I am forever grateful to them for that!

Mr Granite has just installed our Carrara fugon worktop. I have to say Amy and Scott are so very helpful, they do their best to help and we’re extremely patient with me when our kitchen had to be put back by a week. Their workmanship is amazing and lots of choice for those undecided. Very reasonably priced too. Definitely worth a visit if your in need of a kitchen worktop! Highly recommend.

Prompt and professional from the outset, the only supplier we found that were so quick to turn around, also prices very competitive.... did exactly what it says on the tin! Well done!

Great service from Amy, Scott and Bodie from turning up at Coventry premises / workshop unannounced where Bodie came from cutting stone in workshop to greeting us in safe clean customer area and proceeded to helpfully explaining the ins and outs of the various stones / budgets available for our needs. Then dealing with Amy on the financials to the perfect fitting yesterday of worktops and upstands in the nice Cortina by Scott and Bodie. Even my Carpenter was impressed. So for me a no brainer using a good local skilled business with good independent supply chain compared to using branded names with heavily inflated prices (and certainly no better quality and service).

I had my worktop fitted today. Amy is a lovely person and all staff is very helpful. Great service. The worktop is just beautiful.
