We successfully got a CCJ issued against this company, but have no way of claiming any funds back as they only have a post box in the UK, no people, no office, no warehouses. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Do not buy from this company. I stupidly got sucked in with the 5% discount offer if you paid via bank transfer & haven’t received my bed or a refund. The phone number isn’t in use & the emails are rarely replied to unless to string you along with more empty promises. Reported to bank as a scam.£330 down 😡

Awful. Purchased a house bed, after no delivery or contact we got a refund from the bank. The bed turned up 3 weeks later after we had then purchased one through wayfair. Now they wont collect it and even sent a scam courier email! We are moving house and the bed will be going in the skip as they failed to collect. Definatley avoid this scam company. Spread the word.

I placed an order for a set of chairs on 1 Jan 2022. The lead time was confirmed the next day (which now seems suspiciously quick) and I made payment accordingly on 2nd Jan 2022. Chairs have still not arrived over 3 months later.

If MrHousey is serious about dealing with the backlog of orders that it claims to be trying to process - as per its general response posted on TrustPilot - and that its lines are open 9am-5pm, perhaps it could be so kind as to actually confirm the telephone number?! It's absence from the post perhaps says it all...

It should be easy for MrHousey to email all affected customers to advise of the issues, so at least we could have confidence that someone exists behind MrHousey

I've emailed and tried calling the number I received with my confirmation email (0203 287 95 33) but it is never answered; instead there is always the same automated message that simply states: "the person you are trying to reach is not available". There is no mention of MrHousey in the message or indeed any other words spoken.

Obviously the star rating should be zero.

Awful company, they sent the bed 3 months late and the bed they sent didn’t fit together properly and now they won’t refund or replace, avoid at all costs

It's now 2 years since I ordered a £400 desk and still no desk or refund, when I first made a trustpilot review MrHousey gave the usual excuse that they were under new management and everything would change, well its almost 2 years now and I still have not received a refund or the ordered goods and from other reviews the only thing that seems to have changed are more people have been scammed.

I think we should all report the cases to Consumer Council as there are a lot of cases, otherwise, people will keep falling into this SCAM just like us!!!! .... like me, I have already waited for more than a year, to chase email and contact but STILL NO REFUND!!!!!!

This company is a complete fake. I would have given 0 stars but not an option. Ordered a floor bed which still hadn't arrived 8 weeks later then couldn't get hold of the company by phone or email. Had to get refunded from the bank.

My bed is now 8 weeks late. Having read belatedly the reviews I have contacted my bank for a refund. Please everyone stay away from this company

Never order from this company!!! A complete scam. They were really helpful at stage of enquiry and then placed the order for nursery furniture for £600. Furniture never has arrived and they have stopped responding to emails and phone calls. Sickening. They get you to pay via Bacs to you aren't covered by guarantee then authorities and banks aren't interested in helping. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Don’t buy anything from this company. It’s a scam. I ordered a toddler bed in September and still haven’t received it. They don’t take your calls or respond to your emails. I am now going through the process of getting my money back from the bank.

I see that my review from a few months ago was deleted TWICE but I will keep on writing a bad review on here until this company is stopped. I ordered a desk from them in April 2021, they sent no updates, no tracking information, after calling them a few times people answered the phone having no clue what was going on and kept directing me to another person to deal with, to no avail. They chose to ignore numerous emails from me and I had to get PayPal to reimburse the money I spent. This company is a scam. It breaks my heart to see so many other people on here who have spent so much money on products and been exploited. I'm now taking the matter to action fraud to investigate them.

Bought a cot from this company in October 2021 for a 10 day old baby, the baby is now 4 months and we are yet to receive.
They have indicated three times that the cot is out for delivery, or will be delivered, yet nothing arrives.
They are now saying it is "ready to be delivered" and questioning if I even paid as it shows outstanding! I have two emails from them confirming payment receipt back in October.
I have received no tracking number even though it has been out for delivery two weeks ago. Before that is was "supplier issues".
Having to ask my bank to step in and I do not feel I will ever receive this item.

Do not order from these people. They are scammed.
Ordered dining chairs for Restaurant and paid £4000 pounds in April 2021. They promised to deliver in 4 to 6 weeks. Never Arrived. Telling me with fabric issues they cannot deliver so promise me to Refund. Still waiting for Refund. Any way matters has gone to legal team. Avoid Avoid Scammers

Absolutely disgusting service. Spent £409 on a cot for a baby which is due in a few days.

I ordered a bed from them on 1st October - still no sign of it. They do no respond to emails and the phone line is not valid any more. Clearly a scam company.

Dreadful Company. My wife ordered a bed for our daughter, 4 months still no delivery or date for delivery. Refund requested a month ago and now ignoring all correspondence.

Trading Standards have been contacted

Do not buy from these people, my daughter ordered over £450 cot and accessories in August for her baby due in October, nothing arrived, she had to buy the goods elsewhere. They said they would refund they still haven't, telephone calls go to answer machine never no replies to email. They are still trading scamming people has anyone a physical address for them a shop or home address?
