My experience with the solicitors was great, very experienced, did not give up on my complex claim, very responsive, explanation of documentation was very understanding and made sure I fully understood, And communication was on point as I had telephone, email, and post so never missed anything. My experience was made easier because Mrh acted for me, but more importantly they saw me as a person, victim, not just another statistic. From the first moment i started talking to Arif, i felt i was alking to a friend rather than a legal advisor. He was Professional , considerate, punctual but more importantly HONEST with me. 13yrs I had been fighting a losing battle until I got Mrh in my corner.
