Called in to the Mr Jones shop to collect the Beano x MJW watch I had ordered. The watch was ready, complete with the specific strap I had requested and was brought to me (along with a goodie bag of T-shirt, Beano Annual &more) by members of the very friendly & helpful staff. The watch itself is delightful, capturing the cheeky nature of the Denis the Menace - and Gnasher of course - I remember from reading my weekly copy of the Beano as a young boy. It makes a great addition to my modest watch collection including two other MJW watches, Ricochet XL and Interrobang.
Whilst in the shop I was also very fortunate to meet Nigel Parkinson, the cartoonist / illustrator who has been drawing Denis & Gnasher for over thirty years, and who was kind enough to draw a caricature of me plus Gnasher and catapult, a one-off special gift that I will definitely treasure.
Thank you MJW, I’ll certainly keep a look out for another intriguing creation in the months / years to come.

I love my watch. It is perfect

Love the watch. I purchased the ricochet XL. I’ve only warm the watch a few times but every time I’ve worn it someone has made a comment or asked what the watch is. 5 stars for the watch and the service from Mr Jones Watches!

I had issues with DPD delivering the watch. But that’s not specific to this order… I have a few complaints with DPD with other orders from different suppliers.

The watch looks really nice and was delivered on time.

Excellent, smart service at the London store, good work fixing my watch, surprisingly flexible about getting it back to me on time and in a way that was convenient, and no charge in the end. I'm very pleased with everything. I started wearing the watch again immediately and had the opportunity to recommend Mr Jones to others when they asked about it. Thanks!

Dennis the Menace and Gnasher watch: it should not have been surprising when Dennis, the minute hand, decided to go his own way in his own time, given his established Beano character. The watch was under guarantee and was replaced quickly and with the minimum of fuss. Let's hope both Dennis and Gnasher behave this time.

There is a truth in this watch (A perfectly Useless Afternoon) and the Accurate as well. A truth that is always near us but few realize and yet, somehow, you (Kristof Devos & Mr. Jones Warches) brought it into an elegant masterful creation. I am grateful for your efforts and dedication to life’s oft subtle hidden truths.

Great customer service.

After several years my watch had stopped working. So I arranged for it to be checked over/serviced etc.
It turned out a local jeweller fitted an incorrect battery! The watch was checked, new battery fitted, and sent back all for just the cost of the postage.

I bought the M1 watch because as a creative professional myself i wanted to acknowledge the work of Margret Calvert; a true pioneer of information design.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the watch and i love wearing it. I also wanted to support a business like yours that has such unique products. A breath of fresh air in the industry.

I just received my second piece from MJW - I love their designs and artist collabs! Fit and finish are phenomenal, and the designs look even better in person. The Silent Thief - *chef's kiss* - is absolutely stunning. Instantly among my favorites in my collection.

I live in the US, and there was a shipping snafu at first (no fault of MJW). The MJW team responded promptly, gave me updates and got it straightened out. They really take pride in their pieces and in customer satisfaction. I will happily do business with them in the future.

Beautiful watch and excellent customer service!

Unfortunately, the engraving was not correct upon arrival, but this was resolved quickly and professionally. They really thought along with me and immediately came up with a suitable solution. Everything was handled with great care and clear communication.

In a world full of AI generated customer services, it’s honestly very refreshing to deal with people who truly take the time for you. Instead of just saying no or making things complicated, they genuinely want to help you and find a solution that works.

I am very satisfied with both the product and the service and would definitely recommend this company.
