Placed an order, nothing been delivered. Tried to contact via social media and also email. No reply. Not looking good

After my initial review, Wayne reached out to me direct via text message and the issue was resolved quickly and hassle free, and went the extra yard personally. Nice touch

Royal Mail decided not to process a delivery for a week (no fault of Jury). When he realised they’d not delivered on time he text me personally very apologetic and made sure the bottle arrived. Brilliant customer service and the fragrances are genuinely brilliant. Last all day on skin and clothes. He’s got a long term customer in me!

48 hours tracked? Lies! Ordered my fragrance 8 days ago now and still no sign of it. No contact details on the website to get in touch either…. Do better! I’ve DMd on TikTok and left a comment to no reply. Plus the testers I ordered previously turned up cracked and he did nothing to rectify. Shame as I was really hoping his fragrance would be one I’d order consistently every few months. He’s lost a proper repeat customer in me.

I placed an order in november 2022. Order no 1714. Never recieved anything but bad excuses from Mr Jury. Even tried to contact him on Tiktok Instagram etc but he blocked me. Would give 0 stars if that could be done.

Great fragrance Piccadilly nights did find the tester was stronger but could just be me … 4 stars due to delivery loss but mr jury rectified straight away and sent another bottle will order no.14 next.

I ordered a couple of samples and only one arrived so I contacted Mr Jury. He phoned me to apologise and resent my order. Picadilly 14 is a lovely apple scent, fresh and great for warm days. Picadilly Nights is a beautiful date night fragrance with great performance. From a disappointing first impression I'm glad ha resolved the issue with my order so I could smell these wonderful scents, only problem for me is that I keep sniffing my arm!

I ordered Piccadilly Nights and the scent was remarkable. Strong and long lasting!
I sprayed it whilst stood in my wardrobe and it’s been 3 days and the scent is still there!
I also received a couple of samples too with my order, Piccadilly 14 - wow. Will definitely purchase that in the future. Delivery was prompt and well informed too.

Swift delivery for picadilly nights, scent is amazing and could easily sell for more due to the quality. Subtle Oud and a cosy Vanilla. Great price great fragrance

I've never had such a good response from a company over a delivery. They responded straight away and sorted the situation out immediately. I've not even talked about the product yet ! It's absolutely lovely thanks to my son putting me on to Mr Jury and experience the service and product. Will not be going any were else THANK YOU ! 100% RECOMMENDED from a new fan!

After my initial concerns about the delay, Mr Jury personally called me to apologise and explain what had happened with the order. It turns out the delays were not within his control, but even so he still took it upon himself to make sure the order was fulfilled properly. He didn’t just resend the original order he also included Piccadilly No.14 as an extra, which I really appreciated.

There was a slight delay when I first ordered, but after speaking with him it was clear he genuinely cared about putting things right. He is a genuinely good guy who clearly doesn’t like to see people disappointed when there’s been a mix-up with deliveries, and he made sure the situation was resolved properly.

I was really impressed with the level of care and effort he took to fix the issue.

Now onto the fragrances themselves… absolutely mind blowing.

Personally, No.14 is my favourite it has a fresh apple note, smells incredibly clean, projects strongly and lasts for a very long time, unlike many other fragrances I’ve tried.

Piccadilly Nights is also fantastic, a proper banger of a scent and again very long lasting.

I’ve been following Mr Jury for quite some time and he’s definitely had an influence on how I choose my fragrances. After this experience and how he handled the situation, I’m happy to say he’s gained a long-term customer in me.

Looking forward to seeing what new additions come to the collection.

Will definitely be buying again.

Just received a bottle of picadilly nights for my husband's birthday and he was so in love. Honestly I think this is the best smelling one yet he has released. The package arrived in good time and was packaged well. Can't recommend enough

I recently purchased both Picadilly Nights and Picadilly No.14 samples and they are both unreal scents!! I could smell them through the packaging they are that powerful! I will 100% be purchasing the full size bottles! 10/10 customer service too.

Just received my samples of Piccadilly nights & Piccadilly 14. Not gonna lie, the Piccadilly nights is an absolute banger. Top fragrance without a doubt. Piccadilly 14 is also extremely nice….but…. I find it exactly the same as Lattafas Bade’e Al Oud Sublime, which is a fraction of the price. Just saying.

Fragrance is insane!! - I have been non stop buying perfumes for years looking to find the one that gives me everything I want. After so long and so much money spent, I found it. Piccadilly Nights.
Customer service from Mr Jury is like no other! Went out of his way to deliver the perfume straight to my doorstep! Cannot thank him enough. Will definitely keep buying this one of a kind fragrance. Thank you Mr Jury!!
