Not Good This Time
This was my third order with Mr Kimchi and it didn't go well. DPD lost it but it took a lot of chasing via their chat service to get them to admit it. It was then left to me to contact Mr Kimchi to request a replacement.
Mr Kimchi's customer service wasn't as keen as I thought they should have been and the contact telephone number on their website was a complete waste of time. After ringing for about a minute it stated 'Forwarding the call' and started to ring again. No-one actually answered that but I was asked to leave a message. I did so and am still awaiting that call.
The replacement Kimchi is here but I have to say that I'm hesitant to start a subscription after this experience.

Loved everything
Loved everything. The Kimchi is really good, it's quite on the hot side for me, but the secret is eat it with something not spicy, then mix it together, little by little. I'm happy I found you. Happy with the ready made meals, they are wonderful and work as a treat! I'll definitely be ordering every month!
