MR Mouldings Limited Reviews

Great product

Should be 5 stars, package arrived in a timely fashion and well packaged, which was a massive relief as I was worried about this, the reason for the 4 stars only, was that with the small astrigal moulding, on a few lengths the moulding had last is moulding shape, as if it had been melted, otherwise I am really happy with both service and product..,

Really happy with my experience with Mrmouldings overall. First time used and skirting is near enough bang on to match with original 1915 skirting boards after some were ripped off and thrown during some work. The only gripe I would highlight is their timescales on delivery. Most definately not what their website claims but if you factor in the fact that it has to be made to order, it’s not a bad turn around. Quality is good and arrived in perfect condition being very well packaged. I will most definately be using this company again for future projects

Adam and Dave at MR Mouldings have been so incredibly helpful in helping us get the perfect finish on our home- the bead style mouldings were exactly what we were looking for and with our tight turn around, the pair helped us in a pinch get exactly what we needed and in time which is unheard of for a custom product. The quality is fantastic and for our future projects I will absolutely use them again.

We needed beading quickly, and the company’s customer service was very helpful. Our order arrived incredibly quickly and was securely packaged. We will be ordering more and would recommend them to others

I agreed a delivery date which was missed by the company, with no communication.
I then tried to get the skirting delivered to my handy man’s address as I had tenants moving into the property. This email was ‘missed’ so it was eventually sent to the house and is taking up most of my tenants living room as I now need to rearrange the fitter.

Fast turnaround and good customer service

Good manufacture & delivery time , used before & would use again - steve

Excellent service
Ordered a 4 meter length of dado rail it arrived in a couple of days extremely well packaged with no damage which I was concerned about because of the length and flexibility of the product
Well done MR Mouldings

Great customer service and understanding of needs when trying to reorganise delivery.

Product is absolutely fab.

SUPER FAST TURN ROUND AFTER A MISTAKE ON MY BEHALF

I recently purchased some architraves and mouldings and I’m really impressed with both the quality of the products and the service I received. The ordering process was straightforward, delivery was on time, and everything was well packaged to avoid damage.

The architraves and mouldings themselves are excellent – solid, well-finished, and exactly as described on the website. They were easy to work with and have made a huge difference to the look of the room.

Customer service was also great – friendly and quick to respond to my questions before ordering. Overall, a very positive experience and I would happily order again. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience! So easy to deal with, very quick with any issues and communicating. The product is lovely. Can’t fault them!

Fantastic service from customer support, instantly helped resolve an issue. Also the products are beautiful and packaged extremely well. The flexible mdf moulding is very impressive.
Very pleased with the whole package and great company to work with

Visited the showroom today to work out which mouldings would be best for our needs. They had loads in stock and some sample walls which made life a bit easier. David at the showroom was very helpful and patient. Would highly recommend.

What an absolute pleasure to deal with this company. My order was for a single length of skirting (not exactly high value!), but I was made to feel that, despite this, my order was as important as anyone else's. I was kept informed, and when I collected it, I received a genuine warm welcome from the friendly staff.
You don't come across this level of customer service very often these days, but when you do, what a breath of fresh air! Very highly recommended.
Thank you, Rowan and the rest of the team.

I was so pleased to know I can add to my order from yesterday and have it all delivered together. Adam was polite and professional and made the process so simple and my updated order was processed and paid for within a minute.

Fantastic service. Adam has been a great help. Communication is excellent and turnaround superb. Far more extensive selection of profiles compared to other companies.

Excellent service from MR Mouldings – the Edwardian MDF panel moulds are top quality, easy to work with, and have completely transformed my wall panelling project. Highly recommended!

Brilliant customer service. Extensive choice of mouldings and beading, and the team helped me select the right products for my project. I'm extremely happy with the finished result. The quality is great and I found the team very responsive and helpful when placing orders.
