easy order - quick and smooth delivery - good product

Mr Muck did very well, the delivery was not so good.
The pallet arrived in bad shape and two bags short.
I’ve emailed Mr Muck about this but received no reply.
I’ll still use Mr Muck as the product is excellent.

Update.
Mr Muck have now been in contact and the missing bags are being sent.

We have been a regular annual customer for many years. This year’s pallet of 40 bags is not the usual “black gold” looks much lighter and more like woodchips than rotted manure. Very disappointing and probably wont order next year. Can supply compariso photos because we still have one of last year’s bags.

As alway Mr Muck Delivers Great Product at a Great Price with Great Service... I have used Mr Muck since 2019 and can Highly Recommend them.

Always order from this company in bulk, and compost is fab. I was let down today though when i paid 100.00 extra to have a delivery by 1pm today and no one arrived. I had paid for 2 x gardeners who were waiting for the delivery so we could spend the afternoon laying compost on all the formal boarders, but a complete waste of money. All in all its cost me 200.00 on top of the 100.00

I buy this organic compost because the product is excellent, light to handle, no breaking up of hard lumps and the sacks are a manageable size and weight. In my opinion it is good value for money, and the process of ordering online and it being delivered is normally smooth running.

Really clear website with easy to follow instructions. Delivery arrived by polite and very helpful driver. Great product too. Exactly as described and can't wait to see the results in the garden later in the year.

The delivery driver was very helpful and friendly. The 40 bags of organic fertiliser looks really good stuff and is already dug into the ground ...... but I'm 74 and completely knackered!!

Compost - I have used several times , the compost is great for my garden and my allotment.

My only concern was I emailed to get an update on delivery date but got no response it was the delivery people who gave me a date.

Excellent. All packages delivered and none of the bags were ripped upon delivery.

You were impossible to contact and did not respond to either email or telephone. Very poor customer service - in fact no customer service at all!

The product has always proved what it says on the tin. Reduction in weeds- acts as a good fertiliser helps irrigation.

Great product good turnaround time for the order and delivered on time with a phone call for time slot.
