They do not deserve any stars

Recent update/edit: I was shocked to have received my necklace in the mail recently. I figured, based on other people's reviews and experiences, I was never going to get it and would have to dispute the money that was spent on my credit card and with the bank. The necklace actually looked like it did in the pictures on the Mr. Peachy site and it looked pretty good. It's in good condition. I'd upload a photo here, if I could. I don't know if it is genuine obsidian, but it does look like it is. I did notice that the address it came from on the outer package, as well as the characters written on the gift box housing the necklace inside the package, were Chinese and Mandarin Chinese in origin, respectively. So there must be a parent company behind the London business. Again, I did finally receive my necklace. I just wanted to update and edit here to be fair and report what happened since I wrote this review earlier when I had been waiting for a long while to receive my product and didn't think I'd ever get it.

I don't know if this means other people are getting their products and if this should invalidate the very legitimate complaints that other people have. So I am not sure what to change the original star rating to. It was at 1 star. I put it to 3 to reflect the update, but not 5 since there are still complaints from others.

Older (initial) message below:

They do not deserve any stars, but it's not possible to post without at least a 1 star review.

I ordered nearly 2 months ago, a simple obsidian Buddha necklace, and have not received it.

Not long after ordering it online, I initially got an email saying the package was shipped and on its way. However, several days later, when looking at the USPS information, it said:

"Label Created, not yet in system A status update is not yet available on your package. It will be available when the SHIPPER [Mr. Peachy] provides an update or the package is delivered to USPS."

So that means the shop has not followed protocol on the shipment process. And that seems intentional on their part, including the false shipment notification.

The "tracking status" has been like this for the last 2 months and I emailed the shop about this a month in asking about the status of my order and showing them proof of the tracking info and the date of purchase.

I got this reply back a couple of days later in somewhat broken English:

"Due to Coronavirus pandemic shipping take long."

It sounds like the owners are not likely native English speakers, so I am not sure if the shop is even based in London as claimed.

Anyway, I decided to take the word of the response and its been another month with no change in the tracking status and no product. I sent another message today, 2 months later, asking about my order and requesting a refund. I doubt I'll get a response given the other bad reviews here. And one review in particular is very disturbing insight into the company, which claims there are toxins in their products, lies about their company location and using child labor to make their products.

The money I spent was only $19.99, but I still am upset about apparently being scammed like so many others here and elsewhere. It's about ethics and honest business practices. This damn site needs to be shut down, exposed, and they need to be fined or prosecuted for these fraudulent practices.

ESCAPE UNTIL YOU ARE IN TIME!

There are only two possibilities: Either mr peachy is the worst seller in the world, the most lazy and disorganized in circulation, or it's a scammer. I have some hope of recovering money only because I paid with Paypal
