Mr play genuine or scam?
So after being messed about for 2 days still my withdrawal is pending. £201 as they charge £1 for any withdrawal!
Ive been with them for over 6-8mths.
Im with every single one of there sister sites aswell. I made 2 withdrawals, 1 on another of there sister sites.
First withdrawal was in account 6-8hours .
Second withdrawal on different site (mrplay) has been pending for 2 days.
On asking chat whats happening i was met with an unbelievable rude and uncomfortable response and then she stated they may ask for more identification !
So for everyone who gets this done to them here is what ur response should be as its illegal to do this .
im still waiting and as much as ive never had a bad expierience before with this site , i was also refused a copy of the chat unless i told her why i wanted it !
Disgusting
Im using a copy and paste from the ukgc.
Reminder to operators: new licence condition on customer identity verification
05 July 2019
We are continuing to receive complaints from gambling consumers concerning operators only asking them for ID at the point they ask to withdraw funds from their account.
All remote operators should be aware of the changes to the LCCP introduced on 7 May this year.
Where an operator delays a request to withdraw funds due to insufficient ID being verified, that operator may be in breach of a new licence condition and may find themselves subject to regulatory action as a result.
The new licence condition, Licence Condition 17 – Customer identity verification, requires that:
Licensees must obtain and verify information in order to establish the identity of a customer before that customer is permitted to gamble. Information must include, but is not restricted to, the customer’s name, address and date of birth.
A request made by a customer to withdraw funds from their account must not result in a requirement for additional information to be supplied as a condition of withdrawal if the licensee could have reasonably requested that information earlier. This requirement does not prevent a licensee from seeking information on the customer which they must obtain at that time due to any other legal obligation.
Before permitting a customer to deposit funds, licensees should inform customers what types of identity documents or other information the licensee may need the customer to provide, the circumstances in which such information might be required, and the form and manner in which such information should be provided.
Licensees must take reasonable steps to ensure that the information they hold on a customer’s identity remains accurate.
This means that licensees must have verified, as a minimum, the name, address and date of birth of any customer – new or existing – before permitting that customer to gamble.
“Additional information” in paragraph 2 means anything in addition to information required to verify the name, address and date of birth of the customer as required by paragraph 1.
The key expectation of paragraph 2 is that licensees should ask their customers for any additional information promptly where they have identified a need for that information based on their risk assessment, and that such information should not be requested solely at the point of withdrawal. This is consistent with AML regulations and our published guidance on AML and POCA which require ongoing monitoring of customer relationships and that risks are considered by the licensee at all stages of the relationship.
Paragraph 2 states that the requirement does not prevent a licensee from seeking information on the customer which they must obtain at that time (ie the time the withdrawal request is made) due to any other legal obligation. This acknowledges that there will be circumstances where an identifiable risk (for instance relating to money laundering) only emerges later in the relationship, or for example where another enforcement body requires the licensee to terminate transactions with the customer subject to information being verified.
However, operators would not be able to rely on this provision in any case where information could reasonably have been requested earlier than the point the withdrawal request is made.
Operators should also remember that they cannot confiscate a customer’s funds on the basis that they have not provided ID. Last year, on the back of action it had undertaken in the remote gambling sector (opens in new tab) , the Competitions and Markets Authority (CMA) provided its view that consumers are legally entitled to money which they have deposited in their account, to winnings made with money they have deposited and gambled, and winnings made from a bonus where the relevant conditions have been met (subject to AML or other regulatory requirements)
update: recieved all funds

The welcome bonus is not honoured
The welcome bonus is not honoured, you need to live chat everyday to get the free spins you are promised, when on live chat, the staff try to tell you that you need to deposit again! They also showed me t&cs of a different welcome bonus and tried to pass it off as the one they advertise, basically false advertising to get people to deposit, then try their hardest to not give you the bonus spins. Terrible experience after only 1 deposit.

placed my first bet today and was promised a 10 euro free bet once i placed my 1st 10 euro bet, after waiting a while the free/bonus 10 euro bet never arrived into my account, when i questioned this i was told they dont offer free bets. mr play are crooks and gangsters, they should havr there license took away from them. they are beyond a joke. i would give no stars if i could
SCAM
SCAM! Playing live roulette, placed a £75 stake spin, message appeared saying "bet was too late, contact customer services" . I would have had no issue with this if they had returned my £75 stake however the money is missing. Reported issue straight away and was told it would take a couple of days to resolve. 28 hours later, no response from the "relevent department" and I am now being told that it will take 15-20 days to resolve.

Mr Scum
Unpaid bonuses, winnings. The chat operators lie like it's their native tongue. Do yourself a favour and avoid 'MrPlay', they are lieing, cheating scumbags and will steal your money. You have been warned!.
MrPlay.com
I had lost money before but in the past two days I deposited a small amount of money (between £30 and £50 I think) and cashed out today with £300 leaving £60 in and kept playing, have withdrawn a total of £518 now but my advice is only bet what you can afford to loose because like any gambling website. The odds are NOT in your favour........ It's a business and businesses are there to make money.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL ON WHAT YOU GAMBLE. DON'T TAKE THIS REVIEW AS A SELLING POINT.
I will leave a note on how long my winnings take to clear into my bank account but so far so good.
(Saturday 30th April into Sunday 1st May 2022 won and withdrew £518, it took
Avoid, avoid avoid
Avoid. Scammers. This site should be banned and removed and the commission should investigate them.
Constant internal errors, I must have deposited over £1k. Number of withdrawals = £0. Number of times i staked and balance was above stake = £0. This was even on 20p spins! I mean how tight and mean can you get! Trialed this casino, wish I didn’t. I am actually disgusted by them. Plenty of much better casinos out there. My advice - stay well away. They say ‘gamble responsibly and make gambling enjoyable’. I tried to but got absolutely zero back. The door swings both ways. Pay out a bit more and and players will leave games and walk away with a slight profit or slight loss. Not rinsed and rinsed. I’ve played on other casinos whereby I’ve walked away with a slight proud and even walked away with a small loss and it’s been enjoyable. The monotonous loss, loss, loss on every spin is disheartening and I actually felt overjoyed every once in a blue moon to spin 20p and get my stake back on that spin! I mean that’s how bad it really is! Stay well away players.
The WORST bookie I have ever come…
The worst bookie I have ever come across. Won't pay out £100. Asked for every piece of documentation under the sun and continue to decline it. There is absolutely no chance you will ever get any winnings- the only way is to avoid in the first place.
Oh, and the site and the brand are all disgusting.

SCAM
I never usually write reviews and if I do it would usually be to say good stuff. But I warn you, PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS COMPANY. They are a SCAM!!!!!
You will start to win on a slot and…
You will start to win on a slot and then a message saying internal server error will pop up, kick you out of the game and when you go back in the game it will destroy your balance - happens multiple times on loads of slots but only if you’re winning, you never get an internal server error message when you’re losing.
The worst site I have ever experienced
The worst site I have ever experienced. Lost my real stake and then received a free bet of £10. Couldn't place the free bet as it kept being rejected. Spoke on chat 4 times and never got this resolved. Ended up they removed my free bet and never got to use it. Avoid these criminals.
Rogues!
I only wish that I had read the reviews about this company before depositing money with them. I was attracted by the free bets offered to new customers. While depositing money with their site was easy I am still waiting for my withdrawal to appear in my bank account. They have asked for "documentation" which I have given but I don't think that I will see my money again. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE RIP-OFF ARTISTS!
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs

Tried to place 5 singles on the golf this weekend... checked my bet slip and its added my 5 selections as a combo (or acca). Contacted support stating that the outcome is impossible (5 players to win one golf tournament)... didn't want to know at all! Advised its in their T&Cs that combo bets will be paid only if all 5 selections win... their system should not let you place these bets in the first instance. Discusting company, avoid at all costs!!!!
