The management and some of the staff members of this branch have behaved utterly unacceptable towards my young son and myself today. After the misunderstanding and false alarm about a certain issue I thought had happened at the store floor and trying to do the right thing, they have accused us of shoplifting, and never issued an apology after they couldn't prove of any of their accusations! This caused us a great amount of stress and was a completely humiliating process, especially because something like this has never happened to me before. My advice is to avoid this place at every cost!

Mr Price Ballinasloe, was in there recently and due to the large size of shop and all the many aisles, i asked an assistant what aisle i may find baby wipes, she just turned and said 'no english'!! I then asked another assistant and got the same answer again 'no english'. Why on earth is there nobody in that store that speaks english? I just walked out, will not be returning! Where is your customer service, and why have staff on the floor who does not understand what their customer's needs are and can not communicate with them? Mind boggling!!

Popped into their Athlone store and couldn't believe how big the place was. Lots of range and prices are reasonable. Did notice that some of the food items had short Best Before dates. Staff were helpful and polite.

Ordered balloons for a surprise 70th from Mr Price Kingsmeadow, Waterford recently. First I spoke to Paula & Michael who helped me decide on the layout of design. I went in on the Thurs the day before party to firm up on order. I dealt with Susan then who went up and beyond to help me. She helped with layout and advised I bring in large plastic bags on day of collection to keep the 8 bundles separate to prevent the ties from knotting together. I would never have thought of this. It was ingenious!. On delivery to party venue they were so easy to place on tables. I had a little panic with the 7 & 0 balloons as they appeared to deflate. I phoned Mr Price and spoke to Susan who put my mind at ease & advised this was due to the cold.
They would reinflate when the room heated up. And reinflate they did. Thank you sooooo much Susan.
I have dealt with Susan on numerous occasions when shopping at Mr Price and I cannot commend her friendly helpful attitude highly enough. A gem for your store so make sure to hold on to her. Makes shopping at Mr Price and absolute pleasure. Thanks again Susan for all your help 😃.

Mr Price is one.of those shops when you go in you come out with more than you expected. Amazing shop so much variety for house, school, animal etc very reasonable prices

Mr Price Blanchardstown ! Special shout out to Siobhan and Santa who went above and beyond to make our visit magical. I can honestly say the world needs more Siobhan’s nothing was to much trouble. 5* service 5 star customer service. Thank you all for making our sensory Santa experience amazing

I also have a great shop in Mr Price alsos leaving with extras things i've forgotten to get but with the help of the staff they make my shopping relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you to you all. Merry Christmas.

Very poor service not open on time people kids wait out in cold 2nd experience

Mr price Athlone is an excellent asset to the place the store location is fantastic no traffic delays getting to it. Stocks absolutely everything you could need under 1 roof. I visit there few times a week for treats for office and home always my 1st stop for Halloween or Christmas decorations just know you will hit on something.

Products and stock are excellent HOWEVER the store in Blanchardstown shopping centre Retail Park is filthy !

Totally miserable staff.
We stood near the tills looking at a display and a staff member needed to get past, not an excuse me or a thank you, she then needed to come back past again and again not a single word, just a look of contempt on her face. The cashier was just as miserable and unfriendly.

I just wanted to leave a review for Susan, she went above and beyond for me to help with my query yesterday in the Waterford Store, her customer service is excellent, she is so polite and friendly I cant thank her enough!! she was incredibly helpful in assisting me, It’s clear that she truly cares about the customers and the store. Thank you so much for your kindness and exceptional service! 🙂

Oh your staff at the till at 15:20 on 24/09/2024 was rude. I wonder if that’s my job or her job. Placing the item under a different price tag, i myself going to check it out. This price tag issue is always happening at mr. price in tullamore. This new girl with dark hair, oh she really hates her job aint dhe! Show some respect to customers.

Newcastle West store needs an overhaul of staffand management. I tried to return a toy for my very disappointed 5 year old, that never worked. This is my fourth time trying to return it. Staff in other stores said they could not return because they never stocked the item. Staff refused in Newcastle West again, they said the manager was on her lunch for an hour and to come back, which I was unable to do. So there was no manager in store or anyone to do returns. Very poor service from such a big chain of stores. I was also annoyed because this was my fourth attempt. Which pushed me well over the time frame for return. Asked for the managers name which the people on tills did not know. Very poor customer service. Will not be purchasing from them anywhere in thr future.

I purchased a phone from Mall of Africa in May. After a few weeks It had technical issues, and on 8 July, I took it back to be repaired as I was told that I can’t return or exchange it. Since leaving the phone there
I have received no call for any updates. I went again twice this month, they gave me excuses that did not make sense and told me they’d give me a call, and I still haven’t received any update almost a month later. Poor poor poor client service.

I was refused a refund in Carlow Town Branch on the basis that the product was not in stock in their branch and was told to return it to the branch where I originally bought it from. Total violation of return policy as I provided a valid receipt, the product was unused and in the original packaging. Also, mrprice.ie website states that refund can be handled at any branch.

Got my balloons done in gorey mr.price store. Omg amazing 3 weeks later and there still perfect last so long. Would highly recommend.❤️

So rude and very unhelpful some of the staff in enniscorthy branch would just grunt at you rather than to be kind and respectful you ask a question and the answer is no we don't have that but 2 minutes later I find it on the shelf myself,it doesn't cost anything to be kind and respectful 🤔
