I am extremely disappointed with MRQ Casino. Something has clearly changed, and not for the better.
I used to play here regularly, and while losing was part of the experience, there was at least some balance — occasional wins or returns that made it feel fair. Now it feels completely different.
Over the past week alone, I deposited thousands of pounds across several days, and the result was basically nothing back. No meaningful wins, no balance, just constant losses. I have never experienced such a long streak of zero returns here before.
I’m not going to speculate on the exact reason, but the difference compared to how it used to be is shocking. It genuinely feels like the games have become far less rewarding, and the overall experience is now frustrating rather than entertaining.
At this point, I would strongly advise others to be very cautious. Based on my recent experience, I absolutely cannot recommend this casino anymore.

Just want everyone to know that about a year ago I had a £460 win and was refused the funds until I verified.
Well I was just looking again and can’t believe the amount of people going through what I did, I sent in all the documents they asked for but none were good enough!
I just want everyone to know a year on and I never did get my money, I gave up in the end as know from all the other sites I had verified with this one was never going to pay me out.
So for everyone that reads these reviews thinking they obviously get sorted in the end TRUST ME THEY DONT, you end up giving up and they get to keep your money.
